The apartment is on the second floor of our townhouse from 1908. We acquired it in 2020 and have completely renovated it with love ever since. You can expect plenty of space through spacious living areas, modern furnishings, plenty of peace and relaxation. We hope you love it and can recharge your batteries during your stay. From the train station in Röblingen, you walk 10 minutes to the water mill and there in the large garden stands the construction trailer. The watermill Röblingen can also be searched in the net and you can also find some information about the mill and the property on the same page. You have your own entrance, which leads somewhat provisionally through a construction fence with a padlock and then you see it already standing on the meadow. Behind it ripples the stream.

Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
