The city center, Main, vineyards as well as the train station and congress center are in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance (all less than 1.0 km). You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

Baby equipment on request. The apartment is new + fully equipped. Tips regarding restaurant/breakfast are of course also available on request :-) Large parking right outside the door. Storage for bicycles is also available on request.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Living and sleeping take place in style over 2 floors – downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchenette, bar table, sofa bed, bathroom, and large balcony; upstairs, there is a cozy bedroom. Harmonious shades of green complete the apartment's unique charm. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the Old Town right at their doorstep.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Lean back & relax in peace on the sofa, the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, from a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike tour on the Main bike path. You can get a refreshment from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italian, Indian or Turkish restaurant on site spoil you.
