'Atelier 22 York' is situated in York's 'Cultural Quarter', a few minutes walk from the Yorkshire Museum, the Theatre Royal, York Art Gallery and the Minster. The city's top eateries are a stone's throw away : Roots, The Star Inn The City, Betty's, Skosh, Partisan, Le Cochon Aveugle, as well as numerous pubs and bars; a gentle stroll back home at night. The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. Fantastic apartment in a great location! Just steps from the historic city walls. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed with a separate kitchen/dining area that has everything we needed, including washer/dryer. The historical building added authentic character while offering modern conveniences. Walking to the Shambles and other attractions was effortless. Couldn't ask for a better base to experience this beautiful historic city. Frank was very responsive and helped out a couple times. Would definitely book again, if we find ourselves in York in the future!

The flat is spacious and well located near to York city center without being too busy. there are loads of lovely pubs and eateries nearby, making the stroll in more than just a stroll. both bedrooms were spotlessly clean, the bathroom was a lovely size, and again, spotless. instructions were clear and showed that Debra is very attentive to any problems. if visiting York it's well worth staying here, I know I will try to when I return

We stayed over the May bank holiday. The flat was fantastic, very modern and comfortable. We did have a problem when making a cuppa as the hot water came from the tap but I think that we were perhaps not doing it right. Contacted Oath Properties, and he told us how to use it but I think it was too modern for us! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Kim was the most amazing hostess we have experienced. Her communication and the time she took to explain everything down to the smallest detail were truly amazing. The apartment is in such a wonderful location; so close to the train station, York Minster, the Railway Museum etc. It is spacious and well maintained, making our stay in York just perfect. Helen's ground floor apartment was clean, comfortable and tidy. The beds and bedrooms were roomy and had plenty of storage. The location was perfect for walking to all the restaurants and attractions in the city as parking could get very expensive. All in all, we had a marvelous time in York and in particular, staying at Helen's apartment.

What a find! Absolutely perfect for our three night stay in York. Secure parking with EV charging and we didn’t use the car at all once we’d arrived. 45 minute pleasant walk to the centre or bus stop literally right outside the door. Also got an Uber back after a night out and was less than £8. There are local pubs and shops within a few minutes walk too. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, absolutely spotless, with comfy bed and good quality bedding. Carolyn is an excellent host, great local info and perfect level of communication…providing all the information and responsive to messages but also left us in peace :)

Grateful to have stumbled on to this beautiful property - I had a lovely experience during my week long stay. The space is well kept, modern, clean and homey. Its prime location makes for easy access to local sightseeing landmarks and shops, not to mention the washing machine came in handy. A big thank you to Chloe and Rachel who responded to all my queries and accommodated my requests without hesitation. I absolutely recommend staying in this beautiful home, it is just perfect.

Our stay in York was just what we wanted. The flat had everything we needed and provided a perfect location for visiting York with it being a short walk from the minster and town centre. The entire time Melanie was attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to provide detailed instructions for accessing the flat. Highly recommend this property and the host for a weekend away to explore the city!

Catherine is the ideal relaxed host. (and a baking angel, thank you, Catherine!) The apartment was large, bigger than we expected, and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for our weeks stay, lovely peaceful surroundings, but easy drive to a great shopping centre with good park & ride into York, also 1 hour access to Whitby, Harrogate (Harlow Carr), Rievaulx and Fountains.

We booked here for a girlie weekend away. The host was prompt with replies to messages, and any queries we had. The apartment was spacious, big rooms and clean decor. All but 1 bedroom was ensuite, but had the use of the main bathroom as noone else needed to use it. The view onto the gardens outside the front was lovely. We managed to get a sunny weekend so spent sometime out on the grass. Close to city centre and train station 5 minute walk. Overall a great experience and would return. Many thanks 😊

Great place to stay for our friends hen party.. appears like a house in the pics but its actually an apartment with a lovely outdoor terrace and hot tub. Spoke to host who advised us to pull up and offload the car outside the property, and then move to suitable places to park nearby. Great place for a weekend with friend, had everything we needed

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!
