Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a farmhouse built around 1900. The courtyard with garden is available for you to share. On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable working possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Forget your worries for a little while. The apartment is on the first floor of a high-rise building in Bad Lauterberg. It has a size of 54 square meters and an adjoining terrace with seating. The apartment has a living area of 105 m² as well as two small dwarf balconies and is accessible by elevator.
