This house was worth every penny, from the surroundings to the house itself, it met every expectation and more. The host is also extremely friendly so we were all happy about the experience. Highly recommended.

What a gem of a place! Waking up to that stunning view and being just a stone’s throw from the lagoon was such a treat. It’s the perfect spot for families with young kids. The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped—with a cozy fireplace that made chilly nights extra special. The swimming pool and bikes were a great bonus. Tori was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Watching the tide come in….watching it go out….so relaxing. Super weekend with baby, kids, grandparents and dog. Playing in the lagoon all day and enjoying the quiet splashes of the fish in the evenings. Thanks again Charles and Ryk

It was peaceful. And a safe area. And Al the shops are close buy. And the community area is a great. There halo full. We enjoyed our stay. And that you to them for being under standing.

I have always wanted to stay @ De Branders! We loved it! The weather was bad, but we had a cozy couch with a beautiful view & amazing sounds. Definitely coming again!!

The house is simply amazing. It’s incredible to sit on the balcony, listen to the ocean and look at the raw beach with its amazing sunset. We also saw twice dolphins, so the name of the house definitely holds what it promises. The interior is so thought through and the house provides everything you wish for and even more. The bed h can be accessed with just a few steps and also the area around offers lots of cafes, restaurants, hiking trails and beautiful nature. Marli is also a great host who was accessible and reacted super fast. Everybody who looks for a stop at the garden route, I can only recommend to stay here

We had a wonderfully stay wish we could stay longer. This is one of the top places I have ever stayed in. Location ten out of ten, interior ten out of ten, kitchen, rooms, living area the whole house ten out of ten. Sunset view from the house is priceless. Will definitely recommend this and would love to go there again.

Stunning place. Wifi was intermittent which caused unhappy kids but everything else was awesome.

Ein Traum in jeder Beziehung! Ein unfassbar schönes Anwesen, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem phantastischen Blick auf den Indischen Ozean. Auch das integrierte Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich bin mehr als begeistert!

We visited for two nights and found the place to be just as described, with great additions like an air fryer and wine fridge. Unfortunately due to the weather we weren’t able to take advantage of the roof space. Which was a fantastic addition with beautiful views and I imagine the perfect spot for summer.

My family had a fantastic 3 nights in your accomodation and found ourselves loving your family friendly house.We did have 1 small hiccup with one of the drains being block but after a phone call was sorted out very quickly by a plumber.A very happy clean and lovely place and would highly recommend.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Annelize for her hospitality. Her home was cozy and so beautiful. We had everything we needed. Annelize is a very thoughtful host and would recommend anyone to stay at her beautiful chalet. We were warm with the electric blankets and fire place and not to mention the hot tub. Views from her home was just incredible. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay.

We had amazing stay. The house is wonderfull. Amazingly clean in perfect location close to beach. I never seen cleaner place. Very comfortable.

Wow!! What an absolutely stunning apartment and the view!! We cannot recommend Rosebud 4 highly enough and as Airbnb Hosts in Sydney Australia we know and appreciate the fine touches!! Mossel Bay is one of our favourite stops on our Garden Route tour so far and to watch both sunset and sunrise from the balcony was very special. We saw dolphins and seals and felt safe and met friendly neighbours. Marita’s communications were friendly and informative and prompt. 5 stars plus plus plus!!!

next to the beach like 2 meters, sea view , furnished apartment , secure , what else anyone need . we stayed there for one night during our garden route tour & loved it

A place where we created such great memories. Beautiful views. Right on the beach, played with the kids on the beach until sunset. Highly recommended! Hope we can go back.
