Beautiful place, very clean, facing the sea with beautiful views. Air conditioning in all rooms, very quiet building, very friendly guards. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment is very cozy, we would stay again without any problem, especially because it is a pet friendly place, our dog enjoyed the spectacular view, and we were happy, highly recommended area and apartment, there was only one small detail that we did not notice at the time or rather when we realized that there were no towels and blankets in the apartment (since we did not need them, we did not notify Maria Alejandra) but other than that everything was excellent!! We would definitely stay again as it is a very cozy place 🤩👍👍👍

Excellent place to stay, I highly recommend the accommodation, the subdivision is super quiet and with the amenities of the Oxxo, gym, pool and lake, the view of the lake is super incredible, everything is very comfortable, Raul is always attentive to us and with very clear directions. What a beautiful place to stay in Boca Del Rio! Walking distance to the beach. Simple cab ride to downtown. Julio is a great host! Very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to visit!!!

The subdivision has a lot of security which gives you confidence, the house is excellent, from the bedrooms with a full bathroom each and air conditioning, a kitchen with utensils, a living room with air conditioning, cable TV and a large screen, and the pool is formidable, a good size for children and the water is warm due to the type of weather. Mata de Uva beach is a 15-minute drive away and the waves are very calm. Patricia and Rafael as hosts were always attentive and answered any questions quickly. I recommend the house 100%, I would definitely come back.
