This Apartment was TRULY beautiful! It exceeded my expectations and Juan was such a great host. Even before we got there he gave us clear and detailed instructions on what to do when it came time for check in, asked us during our stay how everything was going, and after how we liked our stay. One of the best host I’ve ever Experienced! One thing I will say is the apartment is downstairs and the neighbors that are above the apartment can be a little noisy but you can tell it’s kids, and you know how younger kids are so we didn’t really mind it. This was a beautiful getaway, however if you are thinking of going to any main attractions of Tampa be ready for somewhat of a drive (and plan for traffic LOL)

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful apartment and grounds. A lot of things to do and people to meet. ITrip was very responsive to anything I needed. I highly recommend staying with them.

Valerie's 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is perfect for the price. The place has a well-stocked, updated kitchen with complimentary coffee, clean and updated full bathrooms, and comfy bedrooms. There was some noise from upstairs neighbors but it never lasted for long periods of time. Also, the pool is not heated so too cold to use. Valerie is very responsive and easy to work with.

Beautiful apartment with an open floor plan with bedrooms split apart, in like new condition, with a screened balcony. It was very quiet. You do have to go up 19 steps to the apt. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our two week stay.

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

Inside was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Beds were very comfortable.

The house was clean and provided all the extras we needed. Location was perfect for our experiences in Tarpon Springs. Maria was very easy to work with and very responsive

We absolutely loved our time at the Lutz house and it was worth every penny! So many amenities at the place including countless TVs, heated pool, game room and much more. I would 100% recommend to any group that is looking for a place to stay in Tampa.

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

From the beginning on when we entered the house, we felt like we were home. Maria and Peter are such great hosts, so friendly and kind like family. We will definitely book again we cain’t wait till our next trip to our second home. The house is clean and has everything you need. The pool is amazing we all loved it, our vacation was Perfect because of Maria and Peter.

Austin's place was beautiful. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, the pool is heated and the water felt amazing. Austin was friendly and responded quickly. We will definitely book again.

Saddlebrook is a very nice area close to Tampa and Berta’s apartment is well situated and nice decorated. We like it a lot and will be happy to return.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

My besties and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Dunedin. It was very clean, and we felt instantly at home! Thank you Mona for allowing us to stay at your home for our annual girls trip!!

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

Beautiful place and great location. May was always so responsive and flexible with us when we arrived early. I would definitely recommend. The sunsets were breathtaking and the restaurant bar and pool/hot tub were perfect. Such a fun time and lots of memories made

My daughter and I were in the area for a golf event. Alan’s condo was perfect. Great location, close to restaurants and stores. It was great being able to stay home a cook a meal after a long day on the golf course. The balcony lights and plants were a great retreat too. Thanks so much for everything!

My husband and I stayed at Linda Marie's condo 3/7-3/13/25. The condo was beautifully updated. Everything was clean. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. We met some wonderful people at the pool. We hope to return next March.
