Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

When we vacated another property early and needed a place to stay, the support staff of Abnb suggested Marcel’s rental. We reached out to her and she was more than helpful in accommodating us the very next day. We were at Marcel’s over three weeks and she reached out to us regularly to see if there was anything needed. She was probably the most attentive host we’ve ever had! Regarding her home, we spent numerous hours in the backyard just enjoying the outside. Her kitchen has all the basic needs but with all the great and wide variety of international and local restaurants so close, you may not need anything. The location is great if you want to visit Tampa. Marcel is a top notch host!

We stayed in the house for Spring break, 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved the house, lots of room for the 2 and 6 year old to play. Pool was a hit , private with lots of room outside. Saw manatees, turtles, fish and birds off of the dock. Thanks for a great vacation stay.

Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

Really enjoyed Nik's place. House is big and with huge backyard and enclosed porch. Big rooms with ample space. Pool was very nice and so was hot tub setting. Wish we could have had time to organize a barbeque in the yard. Distance from Beaches quite good. It was a bit further than I expected from downtown Tampa, but that was not Nik's fault; we thought that 30 minutes' drive to University of Tampa was ok, but after doing it several times it got a bit tiring (mostly because traffic during holidays). Overall, Nik's place was very nice, and we all felt "at home" as soon as we walked in the door. I addition, response to our questions was fast, and hosts were extremely gracious in accommodating our special request during our stay; they did not have to, but they did, and that really appreciated. Great hosts.

This was the perfect getaway! We absolutely loved the pool area — it was such a great place to relax. The house itself is super nice, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for a family or a group of friends to enjoy. One of the highlights was definitely the horses on the property — it was such a unique experience to be able to pet and feed them during our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful escape with a special touch!

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.
