Truly amazing! Crystal’s place felt like our home away from home. We were able to make meals while on vacation since her kitchen is stocked with cookware and spices, I was able to do laundry and pack our bags with clean clothes before checkout, & we even got to grill out and use the fire pit to make s’mores in the backyard. Crystal’s listing stood out to me because it is only 11 minutes away from Honeymoon Island State Park! Another bonus is that check-in is flexible and it was a breeze; with the keyless entry we were able to let ourselves in without having to coordinate with the hosts our ETA, especially since we got there later in the evening. They utilize an electronic keypad so when I had to go to Publix (which is also 4 min away) and my family was at the local pier fishing, they could re-enter the home without us having to worry about “leaving a key under a mat” or anything like that. Overall this Airbnb is worth the price and the hosts are very friendly and responsive, 10/10‼️😁💯

Look forward to rebooking.. So sad to see what happens to our beautiful state after a hurricane. But we are Floridians and that how we roll. lol😁

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at this peaceful serene get away. The home was lovely, super clean, updated and we loved watching the sunset on the balcony. The owner even left us a nice surprise basket! We had a professional photographer come to capture our engagement. The pictures turned out beautiful with the beach and park close by. We only wished we would have stayed longer!

This place was absolutely perfect. The private beach was the highlight — quiet, clean, and just steps from the property. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. The home itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, even leaving some local treats for us when we arrived. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water or explore the area, this spot has it all. We’re already planning our next trip back!

The home was just as advertised. Host was very responsive to our questions. Great location - with direct water access to the Gulf. Very peaceful neighborhood. Excellent value for price paid. We were very impressed with repairs made after the 2024 hurricanes. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience.

Our stay was short, but sweet. The open living space and large pool were perfect for 14 people. 4 decided to sleep at a hotel before we arrived when we realized there are 4 bedrooms, not 5. This allowed the youngest kids to go to bed closer to their bedtime, and everyone else to relax together watching the Olympics and chatting. We loved the kayaks, and Larry brought life vests when we noticed that there weren’t enough. I was a little disappointed that the rooftop deck is out of order, but I would still stay here again. The kitchen is huge and well-appointed. Lisa and Larry were very responsive and helpful from booking throughout the stay, and this house provided greatly needed rest while we visited our terminally ill relative.

This home was everything we ever dreamed of, and more! So beautiful! The location is fantastic with everything you could possibly want to do being within minutes away. Although, you really don't want, or need, to leave this home. Absolutely amazing, stunning , and breathtaking. We will definitely be making this our only vacation home from now on in Florida. Absolutely gorgeous!!

Overall a good stay, pool is not heated and since it was spring couldn’t get in, I am sure during the summer it’s nice. Master bathroom could use updating, specially the floors, aside from that a great experience, nice clean home, responsive host.

My family and extended family were extremely comfortable at Jeff’s place. There was everything we needed and more. It was convenient to have a pack and play plus a high chair. The kids loved collecting eggs everyday and swimming in the pool. Jeff was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was perfect and not too far for day trips to the beach. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a great time at Matthew’s place! The house was very spacious and had everything we needed! The walk to Sunset Beach was nice, about 15-20mins. Pool was perfect for our two families. Guest house was nice for our teen boys to have a separate space!

We absolutely loved staying at Eagle Nest! We had a hard time wanting to leave. This exceeded our expectations and we would love toncome back! Tabitha was easy to communicate with, but we never needed to because everything was taken care of for us. Thanks so much!

We loved our stay at Craig’s place! It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown Tarpon or to the beach. It was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Our kids loved the pool, beach toys and bunk beds :) The adults loved the ample indoor and outdoor space to spread out and hang out as a family. Craig was very responsive and helpful addressing our needs, which we really appreciated. We will be back!

This one of my favorite properties that I have rented. It is a short distance from the airport but feels like your on an island. The canal way is full of incredible fish and lots of wild life. The saltwater pool was amazing. Here is my favorite takeaway: If you want a property that feels like you are removed from everything this is it. Very peaceful and restoring. The host was amazing. Great communicator and picked up the phone any time I had the slightest concern or question. Great place. I hope it's not booked when I come back!

Absolutely as described!! Our family enjoyed the home and the pool for our entire stay. The pool was immaculate and the outdoor space around the pool was comfortable. We were just 4 but the house would have comfortably accommodated 8. Easy access to stores, restaurants and area attractions. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions and answered with minutes. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to town to visit family!

Helena is a wonderful host, fabulous house, amazing pool and lovely welcome treats. Rooms/bathrooms were pristine. Great attention to detail with crockery, dishwasher pods, towels, soap/shampoos, ppool towels etc. Very quick to respond with information and extremely accommodating to our friends/family group of 13. Would def recommend this home if looking in the area.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with plenty of room to stretch out whether you’re just a couple with a dog or a fairly large family this place will not disappoint. Plenty of covered outdoor area fenced in yard for your pup and the waterfront property with a dock is fantastic to sit on for watching the sunset or fishing. Plenty of watercraft to choose from and every item you may have forgotten that home like fishing poles, fishing, nets, etc. there is a nice little mother-in-law style living quarters at ground level that would be great for people who cannot navigate stairs and need a little extra privacy from the family. Host and hostess are very responsive very friendly and quickly take care of any issues although we had none during our stay. We will definitely be back again and possibly bring the grandchildren next time..

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks at Billy & Diane's. It is a lovely, clean place on one of the canals. It has just been recently renovated & was beautifully done. My husband loved kayaking each day and saw several dolphins on his tours. We enjoyed watching the ducks & ducklings swim by & then come for several daily visits...so cute. There are several restaurants/bars close by & a wonderful ice cream parlour at the end of the street. This is such a serene and restful home to stay. Billy & Diane are great hosts & it was so nice to meet both of them. We can't wait to return...too bad it's not for another year!

We stayed there last March and nothing has changed even after the storm last year the place looks the same and Larry was very helpful, no disappointments I highly recommend Sun Wild adventure.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks, the sand area, and the stunning view from the back of the property. We appreciate that you were responsive and came to give us the monitor cords. We had a fantastic and comfortable stay at the home. We had many friendly birds visit. We were well equipped with everything we needed in the gorgeous home. The pinball machine was a hit with the entire family. Very convenient location for our jet ski parking and use from the neighborhood boat ramp. Beautiful views and lots of things to do. Thanks to Chelsea for being a great host! Well worth the price also.

We booked our vacation as a bucket list trip for my mom who has Alzheimer’s . My mom grew up in Orlando and had visited Weeki Wachee (where mermaids swim) when she was young. This fueled her obsession of being a mermaid when she grew up. We decided as a family that this was the time to make my 72 year old mom’s dream come true. Jennifer’s place is about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee which is what initially caught my eye. The place was absolutely beautiful! It sits on the canal where we drank coffee and wine and watched boats and kayaks go up and down the canal. We also were able to see beautiful birds of all kind every morning and evening. There is plenty of chairs to sit inside and out to watch all the coming and going on the canal. Plus there a pool and a sandy beach in the back yard. But most of all we were able to check off one of my mom’s bucket list items and make some lasting memories with her in a beautiful resort like setting.

Tina was very responsive during our entire stay, and very accommodating! The kitchen was beautiful, and she also had propane delivered so that we could grill by the pool! The house was very clean and spacious, just as described. We would love to come back and stay in the future!

Joey was outstanding when it came to any questions we had for the house, very responsive. House is exactly as described and the views are outstanding. Joey even had some extras for our arrival.
