The Sunny House

This home has a vintage appeal. It was built in the mid 1900’s and is located on the north hill within walking distance of downtown Pendleton and the Pendleton Roundup Grounds. A detached garage sits next to the home and is also available for storage. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is an easy walk to the Umatilla Riverwalk, Roundup Grounds and downtown. We have two neighborhood parks. One is adjacent to a small neighborhood coffee shop and and cafe, 8 blocks from the house.

While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located within walking distance of two local wineries and five minutes from the golf course. This guest suite is a perfect resting place and mini escape. The bed is very comfortable. The amenities are great with a full kitchen and full bath. It has an outdoor patio with a yard and a gas fire pit. Easily relax in this backyard with a glass of wine sitting by the fire pit.

This is a no frills everything you need and nothing you don't apartment. 5 minutes from the highway and downtown. Perfect for one night or a month. Very secluded and private with no neighbors or noise. 100% safe parking for all of your belongings. Great for a short getaway, work, traveling through or a hunting/ fishing trip. There is enough parking to accommodate a large 5th wheel or boat. Pet friendly with a dedicated dog area.
