Unsere Neubauwohnung befindet sich ebenerdig im UG. Sie ist mit 54 m² voll ausgestattet. Es befinden sich in der Wohnung ein Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer ein schönes Ess,- Wohnzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Lounge und Sitzbereich kann ebenfalls genutzt werden inkl. großem Garten mit Klettergerüst für die Kinder. Es gibt in unserer Gegend viele Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Legoland, Steiff Museum. Die Wohnung ist als Monteurs,- Arbeiterwohnung nicht geeignet.

The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you can access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can be pushed together.

Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.
