Innovative renovations done for summer! Private, standalone cottage in a garden in Eastcliff. Very quiet and fully equipped with all modcons. A quick 3 min walk to town and the Hermanus Waterfront. Take in the beauty of Hermanus from the cliff path only 50m away. Here you can watch the whales from land. We provide binoculars too. The Loft Cottage - something special!

The Loft cottage is a delightful, cosy cottage fully equipped with all modern amenities, located in leafy Eastcliff only 5 minutes walk from the cliff path, and ten minutes walk from the village. It has its own swimming pool, Free WiFi but no DSTV. There is an air-conditioner in the lounge area. The cottage is given a basic service every weekday. There is parking for one sub-compact car on site, but the parking is very tight, and most guests prefer to park in street.

We stayed for 3 days. Everything was perfect. We were able to cook, the space was functional and very comfortable. The communication was very easy and we felt at home. The beach is very close and also the very nice Fernkloof reserve. Very good groceries store not too far. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Maureen’s cottage in Hermanus! The location is perfect—just a (very) short walk to the town center with great shops, restaurants, and stunning walkways, and it’s only a 10-minute drive to beautiful sandy beaches. The cottage itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it’s close to town, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax. A big bonus was that it’s pet-friendly—we loved being able to bring our dog along! Maureen was a wonderful host—super friendly, laid-back, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Annies beautiful suite ticked all our boxes. Squeaky clean, spacious, great location and easy to access. Security arrangements not overdone but enough to make us feel safe and secure at all times. Spacious bathroom that is thoughtfully laid out. The suite is beautifully decorated and we felt completely at home. Great ceiling fan that kept us cool and blew the mozzies away. Pros: * clean, well designed, comfy, well lit and equiped place * great host, helpful, kind and went beyond expectations and lent us a xmas tree to celebrate xmas w the kids Cons: * the best beaches we found for small children (kananbaai or something that sounds like it, and grotto) are relatively distant, so moving by car was a must (with national power cuts at night, that is in our view the recommended way to move anyway) Recommendations for improvement: * Get fans that are chargeable (one per room), so that guests can get ventilation even during power cuts

We had a lovely stay at Malan’s place. The location was beautiful, quiet, next to the mountains, but only a short drive or a walk to the beach. It was very kid friendly with a portable cot and high chair for our baby. Bedrooms were very spacious and open plan upstairs was big and had everything we needed.

Beautiful sea views from the bedroom and lounge area! We had everything we needed. Awesome location. Nature trail just a few meters away and the harbour 12min walk away. Just note that there is only 1 bathroom and the water pressure not great. The hot water in the shower was not very hot, but luckily it was a warm weekend and we didn't mind so much. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend Anine's place!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Karien was very responsive and easy to get hold of. When we arrived Les was there to show us around and give us some recommendations for the area. It is a great spot with a lovely and private garden - very close to the stunning walk along the cliffs and a short distance from town. We had a braai in the evening and Karien kindly provided charcoal and blitz upon request. Would definitely return and recommend to future guests!

The home was more than we expected...it provided everything we needed to enjoy are stay. The living areas were wonderful gathering places for family games, conversations, etc. The Lapa and braai area was so convenient to the well equipped kitchen. The close proximity to the ocean paths gave us a real sense of the beautiful natural surroundings. A place we would definitely return to.
