You can motor to the island from Ancarrow's Landing or canoe over from the trail just below Mayo Bridge (we can rent you a canoe). There are SO MANY great swimming holes along the banks. Choose your own campsite: sandy beach or wood platform. As of 2024, there is a sweet cabin, outdoor bar and propane grill station.
