Apartment vacation rentals in Henrico County

It was a pleasure to return to Renee's property, this being our second time staying with Renee. The building is tucked away in a private quiet location of the garden. The efficiency room is easily accessed. It is spacious and attractive and comfortable. You can control the the air temperature yourself. It was very clean and well equipped even with coffee and shampoo. It is convenient for Mechanicsville and offers value for money. Renee is prompt to respond to any questions.

Christine’s place was incredible! it’s in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Richmond, Church Hill, and so close to some of my favorite places to eat. It’s the perfect place to walk around and very quiet and serene at night. The flat itself felt like home mixed with a high end hotel- it was super cozy and elegant and loved that there were robes and slippers! Absolutely would stay again anytime I am in Richmond.

Cory’s place was one of my favorite BnB’s I’ve ever stayed in. The space was easy to make feel like my own personal home, very private and very minimal noise. The few neighbors I did see were extremely personable and the space was even better than I had imagined from initial pictures and descriptions (which were all accurate and appealing. It is listed as a studio but there is a bedroom separate from the rest of the unit which was a very pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again if I end up in Richmond, I loved it!

Butterfly Cottage was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Mary was available for any questions or recommendations you might have. The cottage was well appointed and comfortable. Bathroom was large as well as the stackable washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend her as a host!

We loved your place. It was beautiful! Very nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved how private and quiet it was. We will definitely be back! Joyce

Eugene was an excellent host! He met us when we arrived took us up to the condo showed us everything explained how to get in and out of the garage. Told us several places that were close by to eat at. His place is right in front of the James river. There is lots of walking trails, you’re near the canal you’re near the park very walkable. I will always contact Eugene when I go to Richmond so I can stay at his place again!

Sean’s place was fantastic! Well worth every penny! It was clean and very cozy. Sean was so gracious and responsive, he helped us through the entire process and really stepped up when we had a family emergency.

This was a special Airbnb experience and was extremely comfortable for our family of four. The live plants throughout the home were especially unique, particularly for a rental and all the beds were high quality mattresses and linens (much appreciated). You could tell a lot of care and love has gone into creating a great guest experience. My kids were amazed by the home, from the swinging bed to the wallpaper and art to the makeup vanity and small touches throughout, they commented throughout our stay on how nice it was. Thank you for making our stay in Richmond comfortable and memorable.

James and Garret are excellent host. Place is clean, we did enjoyed staying in their place. All Our expectations was met because James make sure we have a smooth checkin to checkout. My family did enjoyed all the board games. Kitchen is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone especially if you travel Richmond with family.

I had a great time staying here, Shaniesha was very responsive and proactive in making sure I had all the information I needed to make my check in very easy. the airbnb was very comfortable and clean, plenty of stores and places to eat within a short walking distance. a very short and easy drive to most places in downtown Richmond. This listing made me look forward to visiting Richmond more often this summer.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay!! It was a perfect location for us. Great area for morning runs, just a few minutes from Battery Park for tennis, and close proximity to Byrd Park and Carytown. We enjoyed the deli at Stir Crazy Cafe across the street. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Candice was fantastic to work with - extremely responsive and helpful. We had a long term stay and she also helped us set up additional cleaning services. We needed a place close to the hospital and this unit was perfect.

The apartment was just as described. It was cozy, quiet, clean and nicely furnished. We only stayed one night. Parking was available right in front of the house and we took an uber to the restaurant where we had dinner. I would stay again.

Josh's place was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, had many commodities, was in a great historic area near Carytown, and was decorated nicely. The beds were comfy, and the house was well stocked. A great Airbnb spot...communication was easy, the directions were clear, and we will visit again soon!

This place was full of charm and located in a beautiful and very convenient neighborhood of Richmond. We were able to walk or scooter almost anywhere we wanted to go, and close to public transit for farther jaunts across the city. The kitchen is fully equipped so we could have a couple of meals in the apartment. We just loved having coffee and eating at the table overlooking the beautiful Monument Avenue. Stephanie was a wonderful host and very communicative. When Richmond experienced some issues with the water system on our last day, she proactively notified us and brought us bottled water, which we were super grateful for! There is only a window unit for A/C, which was adequate for the cooler weather we had during our stay, but I'm not sure how well it would keep up in the hotter summer months. Overall we loved our stay and would consider staying here again!

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

Stayed here for a few days with our dog. Location was great, loved that there was a designated parking lot behind the building. Was a very quiet stay, didn’t hear or see anyone else in the building. Clean space and free from clutter. Would stay here again!

I found the unit very clean and all cooking, cleaning, and bedding necessities were provided. Communications were great. Any questions or concerns were addressed very quickly. The number of stairs leading to the unit should be considered. The parking is tricky, but eventually I found a monthly lot that came in very handy. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend that others stay there.

Perfect location! The space had everything we needed and was located in walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

Stayed for a couple months and it was great. Friendly, responsive hosts, fast internet, quiet, safe neighborhood, and a strong AC that kept the unit cool even during the summer heatwave. Can't really ask for more! Driving to get places is mandatory, but that was fine for me.

We just enjoyed a few days in Richmond at Catherine's place and had a wonderful time. The photos were very helpful in locating the back entrance (from the alley) and finding our way to the door - hint, it's a longer walk through the back garden/yard than we were expecting, but once we passed through the garden we felt like we had already become more peaceful! The apartment is clean and uncluttered and lovingly decorated with interesting art. There is a binder with anything you'd ever want to know about the area, parks, museums, restaurants (including menus, which I appreciate!) and a few maps of the area, which is great for walking. All in all we had a wonderful time and will not hesitate to stay there on future trips to Richmond.

We had a great time on Cary Street and the Airbnb was in a perfect location. There were absolutely no loud noises from the street (as mentioned in some earlier reviews I read). As a matter of fact, we slept very well/soundly on the very comfortable beds. I was a bit concerned about parking but it was always readily available. Our trip went smoothly and I will surely use this accommodation again!
