Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

This freshly refurbished room offers compact self catering facility, within a beautiful rural setting, with lovely views and local walks/cycle routes, yet close to all necessary amenities in Henley-in-Arden and Hockley Heath, just a few (three) minutes drive away, with plenty of local pubs, restaurants, cafes to choose from. Airport parking may be possible as the location is a short drive away from Birmingham Airport & The NEC. Blythe valley, JLR and Solihull are also local for staying guests.

It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. Entire house located in the quaint town of Henley in Arden. This quirky cottage features it’s private entrance on the towns historic High Street. The property has a living room , bedroom with super king size bed, large bathroom with double shower and a kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay, such as toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave grill oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine however there is no hob! There are lots of amazing restaurants in Henley in Arden to enjoy.

Ideal for a peaceful, quiet, impromptu getaway. Rural views, edge of village, 1st floor, modern character Annex reached via a quiet lane and secure gated entrance. Lounge, kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave and fridge . Separate double bedroom and shower room. The headroom is restricted in parts. Situated adjacent to the main house with its own front door and gravel drive car parking. Just a 5 min walk to the village pub.
