After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. The moated castle is located on the outskirts of Irmelshausen, a typical Franconian village with church, half-timbered houses in the Rhön-Grabfeld eco-model region. The apartments are located in Irmelshausen Castle, a particularly historical ambience. In the castle park you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. Children can use the playhouse, sandbox, nest swing or slagline and trampoline to romp, the adults read a book on the daybeds.

OleHEIMEN flat

Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. Basic shopping is possible and there is a nice café, a gas station and a pharmacy. Hiking and Cycling trails start directly from the house. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
