Really enjoyed our stay. The house was ideal for us. Had everything a person would need, therefore contacting John was not necessary. The home was exceptionally clean. Due to rainy weather we didnt get time to check out the town but should we be in the area we will make we do so and if available will stay here again. I recommend this place more definite.

Beautiful updated home! Had high end appliances, tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable! Loved the great water pressure.Enjoyed the big screen tvs. Outside was very manicured. Enjoyed the big covered porch as it rained a lot. Big dock and fire pits with wood our favorite Saw an eagle salamanders and a toad. Thanks so much for having us! God bless! Jeff and Mike

This is our 2nd time staying in Brenda’s place and we love it. The location is perfect, the town is beautiful and safe, lots of local quaint places to eat right on the River, coffee shops and ice cream shops so close, easy to walk and enjoy. The rooms are big in this house. And very clean! The beds are very comfortable. We always check availability here anytime we have an event in Evansville.

This a great place to stay, the house is just right for two people. The second bedroom is great for two other people for friends to stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The neighborhood is awesome, great restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. The river is nearby, 2 blocks , so you can walk along the bike trail for 5 miles . Quiet neighborhood which is nice. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking items needed. Well stocked with supplies ie toilet paper, soap( personal and kitchen). Some spices are provided. The living room is large and a small porch. Just a awesome place to stay

I had a great stay at Paul’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Paul was easy and prompt. The location was convenient and quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. So many little extras made it great! Very thoughtful host. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Hard to find this many bathrooms! Very clean and looked just like the photos! That’s for having us.

The place was absolutely perfect—exactly as described in the listing. It was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. We really enjoyed the apartment. It was a great location in downtown, walkable to restaurants, the river and most importantly our son’s apartment , so extremely convenient for us. Very comfortable and cozy. Kale was communicative and made check in a breeze. We’ll definitely book again when we come to visit our son.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful touches and relaxing atmosphere of this vintage home. David was a great host, very responsive, and helpful in every way. Coffee, tea, condiments, and all essentials were really appreciated. Kingsize poster bed was super comfortable. Made us feel like we were in our own home. Highly recommend.

Jonathan’s place was great for a quick trip to Evansville. It’s spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The bedroom itself is huge and very cute. It was in a great location within easy walking distance to restaurants and activities. Communication was excellent and I appreciated that. As a former Airbnb host, I could recommend a few things that may make future guests more comfortable (or for them to recognize): need blinds or curtains on the hallway/living room windows so those in nearby buildings cannot see in. We were surprised by the lack of privacy. TV in the bedroom would be great, as would basic toiletries like shampoo and bath soap. More than 3 towels would be great too. I did not take any stars away though just offering up thoughts on a more pleasant stay.

Can’t say enough good things about Nick and Brett’s Airbnb. We would give more than 5 stars if possible. It’s homey, very clean, beautifully decorated inside and out, great location and great hosts! We want to stay here every time we return home to Evansville!

We LOVED Misti's place. Great location in a quaint down-town near the river with fun restaurants and local shopping all within walking distance. The apartment is beautiful and felt luxurious! Would highly recommend it!
