Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Henderson County

This cute little house was perfect! My dad was in the hospital and my mom stayed here to be close to him. Misti was so helpful. Newburgh is a cute little river town with great eats and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!!

Matthew & Francesca's home was very relaxing and decorated beautifully! We really enjoyed cooking meals like spaghetti or quick sandwiches in the kitchen and all the pots, pans, dishes and silver ware was already there. They thought of everything even small things like ziploc bags or Aluminum foil they even had spices to use eventhough didn't need to use since brought my own. We really enjoyed eating meals as a family in kitchen and we specifically picked this home due to our son' Asthma & Allergies to carpet well this home has no carpet only small rugs which was offered to be removed if we needed so we appreciate this kindness! Both rooms came with own tv's so nice that our 10 year old could watch his own kid programs. Bathroom toilet paper was nice and soft and appreciate the towel hooks on wall and hand soap dispenser mounted to wall and soap smells really good! Thanks Matthew & Francesca for renting your home to us would highly recommend 👍!

This house was so perfect for us! Our family loved it. The story behind it is worth reading when you go. Very comfortable, peaceful, plenty of space, very clean, and close to everything. Jon was a wonderful host and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend this home full of love and heart and memories.

Julie was a great host & even decorated for Christmas for us which made it great. The house was very clean and was as described. Even though the house looks small it is very spacious inside and we comfortably fit 5. The area is nice and feels safe. It was great being so close to the river and walking path. We would definitely stay here again

Now one of our favorite places! Was in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Beth was kind at the last minute to grant a later checkout to accommodate my elderly parents who were able to come. Beth’s place was wonderful, super clean, very well stocked and we love the Haynies corner location! My daughter has a few more years at Stone Center for med school so we hope to stay again!

I'm with a couple of bands in tour and we had a day off after playing Evansville so checked in here for 2 nights. We watched movies in the living room, cooked all day and night, did our laundry, and slept super hard. Had some trouble with the garbage disposal and subsequently the dishwasher, but the host offered to get someone out to fix it while we were there. Everyone was sleeping a ton though so I opted not to have service come through. The area is gorgeous with a big wooded area out back, and we were hoping to use the firepit and wood they provided but the weather didn't cooperate. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Highly recommended, pretty house with just enough bathrooms for our party.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was a great location in downtown, walkable to restaurants, the river and most importantly our son’s apartment , so extremely convenient for us. Very comfortable and cozy. Kale was communicative and made check in a breeze. We’ll definitely book again when we come to visit our son.

Erica was so sweet and awesome to get to know! She was very understanding and attentive. There is a reason why it's called a cozy corner, because the apartment was clean, comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed our time there. It had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying at The Cozy Corner.

We had a great stay! We stayed there for our daughter’s wedding. The large island was the perfect setup for bouquet arrangements! Great walkable area for dining and a short walk to the park! Large family and gathering area. We would recommend to our friends and family!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful touches and relaxing atmosphere of this vintage home. David was a great host, very responsive, and helpful in every way. Coffee, tea, condiments, and all essentials were really appreciated. Kingsize poster bed was super comfortable. Made us feel like we were in our own home. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was so comfortable and seemed bigger than the pictures showed. My husband especially loved the 2 large televisions. We were in town for an event at the Ford’s Center and the walk from the apartment was a breeze. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly to our communications. We would love to stay here again when we’re back in Evansville.

Came down for a wedding. Johnathan was very nice enough to let the bridal party get ready the morning of the wedding. Very spacious and clean. Although there was construction, there was LOTS of parking and a lot of walkable areas. Would recommend.
