Great place to stay with my family. The house was clean, updated and well stocked. The back patio was a great place to relax with morning coffee or an evening beverage, even in rainy weather! We all enjoyed the added bonus of a hot tub! It was clean and perfect temp. Only downside was that the house had physical keys instead of just using a keypad (which the house was equipped with). It’s just difficult to have 5 of us in different directions and figuring out 2 physical house keys and schedules. I definitely prefer places with keypads but other than that the house was perfect. Host was very responsive when I reached out with questions. I would stay here again if I’m in the area

we have stayed in dozens of airbnbs over the years, this was one of our favorites!! everything we needed to cook a few meals. a wonderful large table for feeding our university of evansville soccer players. a walkable adorable area. comfortable & well thought out amenities for guests’ needs. we added in extra nights the week before & the hosts were so flexible & communicative. it was a delightful weekend & we highly recommend staying here if you are visiting u. of evansville!! it’s perfection. thank you for making our weekend so memorable & wonderful.

Our stay in this historic home was amazing. We loved the home’s timeless charm, beautifully preserved details, and thoughtful modern touches. Every room tells a story, yet it still felt incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were exceptional — attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about maintaining the home’s character while ensuring a top-notch guest experience. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local sights while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. We especially loved relaxing on the various porches and admiring the craftsmanship that’s so rare to find today. This is not just a place to stay, but an experience to remember. We can’t wait to return!

Rosie was the best host. Communicated with me quickly and I will definitely be staying again when I’m in town. Location is also perfect for anyone who is not familiar with Evansville.

Erica was so sweet and awesome to get to know! She was very understanding and attentive. There is a reason why it's called a cozy corner, because the apartment was clean, comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed our time there. It had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying at The Cozy Corner.

The Host Erica was fantastic. Always responsive to message back within a short time when I had any questions about anything. She was very welcoming from my arrival to my departure. I go to Evansville each year and have stayed at other Airbnb locations and I will definitely stay at the Zen Den again next year if it's available! Thanks for the hospitality Erica!

Very nice place in a large Victorian home. loved the balcony and the whole set up. highly recommend
