Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Henderson County

Daniel was a wonderful host. When I accidently deleted the code to get in the home he was happy to resend it. The home was beautiful and very comfortable and was exactly as described. There was water and snacks provided for us as well as fridge items. We would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone .

This a great place to stay, the house is just right for two people. The second bedroom is great for two other people for friends to stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The neighborhood is awesome, great restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. The river is nearby, 2 blocks , so you can walk along the bike trail for 5 miles . Quiet neighborhood which is nice. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking items needed. Well stocked with supplies ie toilet paper, soap( personal and kitchen). Some spices are provided. The living room is large and a small porch. Just a awesome place to stay

Stayed here for a winter work retreat with 12 people. Communication was good, had some Internet challenges upon arrival but the owner resolved that very quickly! It’s an old hunting lodge, so if you don’t mind being one with nature and need loads of space, this is your place! The listing is very accurate, so read carefully- lots of stink bugs and japanese beatles. Thank you for a great stay, it met our needs (and beds are very comfortable)!

Kaci and Chuck’s place is exactly what we needed for the week we visited family. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed how peaceful it was. We even brought our chihuahua and she loved it! It felt like a French lakeside cottage, very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. We’ve found a home away from home for when we visit family and will be back!

Jaclyn was amazing. We booked her property very last minute. She was incredibly flexible and responsive. The property is just as described and more with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. (Loved the heated floors) Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when in the area. Thank you again for being a wonderful host and sharing your lovely home with us!

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient place to stay. We slept well and had a great stay! I wish we'd had more time here because we didn't get to relax in the lovely garden or explore the art and history museum that was within walking distance. Our host made sure we had anything we needed and checking was smooth. They also suggested where to park due to storms-very considerate hosts! Lots to do within walking distance!

Very cute place, loved the decorations enjoyed the porch. Good for two -three people.

We had a fabulous stay - David was the most responsive host, and stocked all kinds of snacks and staples for us in the kitchen. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped that we have seen. But the indoor pool house and all the water toys for the kids was truly amazing - kept them happy and occupied all weekend! Thank you!!
