Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The stairs are not suitable for small children or those with difficulty walking. It is possible to rent bicycles, grill outdoors and enjoy the food on the terrace. The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance. We have a Labrador dog that may be in the garden.

On foot, it is 10 minutes to Elsinore station. 5 minutes to the beach, harbor, forest and the old town, with cafes, restaurants, shops and museums and Kronborg Castle. You're also close to the boat for tuna safari. The train to Copenhagen runs several times an hour. The trip takes about an hour. In Humlebæk, just 3 stops from Elsinore, you can visit the Louisiana Art Museum. You can also take the ferry to Helsingborg and visit Sweden for a day.

Hornbæk - two minutes from Hornbæk Plantage

The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a two-minute walk to Hornbæk Plantage. It is a dog forest and it only takes 10 minutes to walk down to the coast. Dogs are welcome, but we are old school and do not accept dogs in the bed, chair, sofa and other furniture. Your dog must be able to sleep on the floor and we are happy to provide a dog bed.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
