Luxury Annex, which is centrally located in Gilleleje. 3-minute walk from the harbor, the beaches and the main street where you find all shopping facilities. Cosy private terrace. Own kitchen. Parking is available at the house. 300 meters from public transport - train and bus. In Gilleleje there are several restaurants, cafes and pizzerias. Of course there are fish halls at the harbor where you can buy freshly caught fish, and the sale of fresh fish from the side of the fishing boats. Max. 20 minute by car to several amazing nordsealand golf clubs. Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Bo bekvämt i eget hus

Varmt välkommen till trivsamma Ekeby, en mindre ort belägen i nordvästra Skåne. Här bor ca 3 500 personer i blandade åldrar, främst i villor men även i en del lägenheter och gårdar. I byn finns bland annat en bensinstation, kiosk med gatukök och en pizzeria. En av Sveriges största privatägda möbelaffärer är också belägen här, med en restaurang som serverar lunch, smörgåsar och kakor. Här finns vårdcentral. Livsmedelsbutik finns i de närliggande orterna - ICA Billesholm 7 km, Coop Kågeröd 10 km.

Bo på gård i Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Vid Öresund

Nu har du chansen att slappna av och trivas i ett fantastiskt läge bara 25 meter från stranden. Du får en hänförande 180 graders utsikt över Öresund, Ven och Danmark. Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Hus nära stranden

Här kan du tillbringa den perfekta semestern 200 meter från stranden. Rymligt och fullt utrustat kök med stor matplats. Trädgård och trädäck under tak i direkt anslutning med dubbla bord, gasolgrill och vedeldad pizzaugn. Lugnt läge men ändå centralt. 700m till Råå center där det finns två stora matbutiker, systembolag, apotek mm. 450m från busshållplatsen, 5km till Helsingborg centrum.

Gustavslund Helsingborg

Nyrenoverat hus på 60 kvadratmeter i två plan med alla bekvämligheter du behöver. Huset har två sovrum varav ett större master sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett mindre sovrum med två enkelsängar. Härligt vardagsrum med mycket ljusinsläpp och stort kök fullt utrustat. Ett större badrum med dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och på ovanvåningen ett WC med handfat.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
