Monthly Rentals in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan

James was a incredible host! Very kind and gentle, gave me an incredible experience at his place. The place is in the best neighborhood of NYC. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, cityscapes and more. Few blocks from Highline Park. The apartment is very silent and perfect for a good night of sleeping. Really recomend.

I stayed at this apartment for four months. It was great! I really appreciated having someone at the front desk/door whenever I’d come/go. Building staff were always friendly and helpful. Having laundry and an elevator in the building was a wonderful perk. The space itself was clean and as listed. Nathan was a great host. He was flexible, kind, and always very responsive. There were a couple things that needed tending to and he always promptly addressed them. If I have to make another long-term trip to the area, I hope to work with Nathan again.

Great location. Clean room. Equipped kitchen. I wish they cleaned the bathroom/shower more often though. I'd definitely come back here though.

I stayed for 1 month and I would describe this as a great way to get a "New York Experience" without most of the bad things people hear about. The neighborhood is central, safe, near everything and less than a block from the 6, E and M. The home is just the right size, very quiet, well kept (bug/pest free) with excellent furnishings (basically like going to sleep in World Market, style-wise). I slept so well that I asked Nathan to send me a link for the mattress he has. Laundry in the basement is also a huge bonus for long stays. Overall great experience, I would have stayed longer if it hadn't been booked already. It's priced accurately in the current market as well. Local Hints: The Smith down the street is your best bet for consistently good meals. There's a CVS and Duane Reade around the corner. You can walk to Grand Central easily, but the 6, E, M connect to every subway hub in Manhattan. Drop-off/pick-up by car is easy, there's an unusual amount of room on the street.
