Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. One bedroom, steep stairs up.

It is very child-friendly. Kayak, canoe, bath animals and 2 SUPs are also available for use. It is only 500 meters to Sjokoladebrygga which is known for its good chocolate and great location. Short distance to Dønnes Church, Dønnesfjellet and grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pan for cozy evenings.

The apartment is located in parts of the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has a 120 cm bed and bedroom 2 has a 150 cm bed. The apartment has a living room that can also be used as a sleeping area and a large bathroom. Small kitchen is shared by hosts and guests. The host lives upstairs.
