Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hejls

Very cozy and comfortable cottage. Not fancy but clean and well set up for 4 persons. Kitchen was small but had all the things you needed. Wonderful views of the water from all of the common rooms. Heater works well and kept us very comfortable. Nice walks nearby but not walking distance to town. Very reasonable price. Arne was very friendly and responsive and even stopped by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend the cottage for a visit to Ærø.

We really enjoyed the stay. The house is beautifully located near the sea and it is fantastically beautiful and quiet in the house. If we had any questions or problems, Majbritt was always available and helped us! We highly recommend this place! :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Kerstin's house over the turn of the year. It is a very nice house with a great layout and lots of space. There is more than enough space for two families with one child each. I can absolutely recommend it. Many thanks Kerstin!

We had a great 5 days in the cottage. The house is very clean and lovingly furnished. On the terrace you could enjoy the sun all day and in the evening. We especially liked the short distance to the beach! We had everything we needed. Thank you! 😊

This hut is really fantastic. We enjoyed the stay very much; in the rain and in the sun. The drive via the golf course is interesting; the golf course was very busy, the golfers interrupted their game when we crossed the path;). A few minutes later, you are in an undisturbed place that has given us a lot of relaxation. It was almost perfect for us. Thank you so much for having us as a guest.

Max's place is very special. Equipped with everything you could ask for and a fantastic garden. We deliberately chose the accommodation "in the middle" to easily reach the North Sea, Tønder, Møgeltønder, Ribe and Rømø as well as Alsen, Gråsten, Søgård and Varnæs. Since I come from the area, I know the beauties of the sønderjysken landscape very well and we enjoyed daily hikes in the surrounding area. If you don't shy away from 15-30 minute car rides, there are unlimited fantastic, almost deserted hiking opportunities. But the small towns also offer Danish flair and hygge. Thanks Max, that we could relax in the evening with a gigantic home cinema (95-inch screen) after wonderful days, play with a view of the beautiful garden (many games available) or simply read and relax. We would love to come again.

The Old Vicarage was exactly as we hoped. With its many spacious and charming rooms, it provided us with the ideal setting for relaxation and togetherness. Everything was clean and tidy, and we spent many hours in the large and well-stocked kitchen, where the large dining table formed a gathering place for children and adults. On Lyø, the pace is low and we quickly found the tranquility of waters around the island's beautiful surroundings. Then you need to slow down and find time and peace, I can definitely recommend the Old Vicarage.

We felt very comfortable in Arne's apartment. It is very stylishly furnished with attention to detail and offered plenty of space for us as a family with three children. Norderstraße is a relaxed walk away and the parking in front of the door was a big plus for us.

We spent the Easter days in Konstanz's place. The place is nicely designed, we were lovingly welcomed with sparkling wine and a beautiful Easter set with real flowers. The view into the garden and over the Baltic Sea is beautiful. Every morning a bunny visited us and countless birds. The whole apartment, but in particular the kitchen was very well and generously equipped. We enjoyed the days in the apartment and the very beautiful nature. Thanks so much for sharing this spot of earth with guests, Konstanze. The contact and check-in were very straightforward. We highly recommend staying at Konstanz's place.

This home was cosy& like to come at home. Sheet/ pillows and bed was exellent. Also other rooms. Lot of space and pet friendly home. Liana was friendly and flexsible host. easy to come with car and parking in rhe yard.

We had very nice days in the apartment! And would come back any time. The location is perfect for trips to Denmark, Sylt, Föhr…. All shops are available and also two bakeries.

We were allowed to spend two nights in this cozy, rustic apartment. The communication was very straightforward, Charlotte welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Our dog was also warmly welcomed by her. The apartment is rather simply equipped, but you will find everything you need. Based on the description, we were not so clear that the wood-burning stove in the living area would be the only heat source. So you have to be (like us) practiced in the fire. There is no heat source in the bedroom and bathroom, so you have to divide your time well so that the rooms are sufficiently warmed. While it only got really warm in the apartment on the second day, we froze on the first evening. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable here and would certainly come back again.

The accommodation is very well located, a short walk to the old town. The accommodation is clean and beautiful, sometimes for a small stay. And Bjarne is very kind!

Lovely and spacious apartment with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with a nice shower. The location is also great, all the sights are in walking distance. There is a carport located right on the property. Annie was a great host!

so beautiful! What a great place! Pure relaxation, absolutely quiet and everything you need! Fantastic location to relax or to go on excursions. You can walk to the beach, Holnis or Geltinger Birk can be reached in a short time. Jule and Christopher are absolutely helpful. We'll be back for sure.

Charming house and great garden. Fitted us well on our way home from Germany to Norway, but could have stayed several days. Host was friendly and instructions precise.

it was very easy to find the house, which was located in a quiet neighborhood and had a lovely view and sheltered garden. we thought the place was bigger than what the pictures gave the impression of, same with patio and garden. it was walking distance to shop and a great playground, there was also football and tennis opportunities nearby. it was a great beach that Poul recommended, it was only a short drive away. We were 4 adults and 4 children who cost us a lot here and can recommend both house and host😊

Dorothe’s place was perfect for our family of three adults and one child. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals with groceries purchased at the nearby market. There was plenty of space to relax and unwind for our six night stay and we felt very safe and comfortable. We traveled to Odense from the USA and needed flexible hours. Dorothe was very accommodating. We would love to stay there again.

We had a great stay in Peter's place! The house had plenty of space for our family and the location was perfect. We could walk to the Lego House, Legoland, and plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. We especially enjoyed the many sitting areas around the house and the outdoor patio area for relaxing in the evenings. This is a great family-friendly place to stay and we would highly recommend!

The house is large and ideal for 4 people. Everything is available. Jelling is a very nice place with a rich Viking past. We mainly took advantage of the location to go to Legoland and the lego house. Claus is a very friendly man and responds quickly in the app. Also has great tips for the surroundings.

This place is simply amazing. We rented the house (#1) and we couldn't have wished for more. The place is huge, yet cosy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so well equipped that we could have prepared Christmas Dinner if we wanted to. And there's a large garden with a private area. And what's more: Jørg and Sünne were perfect hosts. They are very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely a highlight for our kids was the permission to make a campfire. We most definitely recommend a stay here if you are planning to visit Ærø!

We had a great weekend at the house. Everything worked perfectly and we felt very much at home. The garden offers enough space and the barbecue works great. The city is only a few minutes away by car. We will be happy to come back.
