A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

The apartment is located in our farmhouse in which we ourselves live in a residential unit and which we are gradually expanding and renovating. There is a separate entrance. The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
