In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Apartment is located near the outskirts of the village in a quiet neighborhood in Kaisersbach. Summer, the apartment offers a cool retreat, but in winter a chubby warm place in front of the Swedish stove that can be fired with wood. The equipment is new and very modern and furnished with a lot of heart. The balcony faces east and invites you to have breakfast together. The afternoons can be enjoyed in full sunshine in the walk-in garden behind the house from the balcony.

From strolling in the historic old town to enjoying nature... Through a home office area with a 100Mbit line, remote office should not be a problem. For physical fitness, we have a training tower from Kettler. And a well-formed bathtub that invites you to relax after work;)

In front of the apartment is a comfortable terrace where you can sit and relax. Inside it offers everything for the family and business traveller alike. Centrally located, all you need is within a short walk: shops, bars, restaurants, a beautiful farmers market (Saturday and Wednesday) or Bruchsal's 17th-century castle.

The apartment has everything your heart desires and is fully equipped… Three beautiful bedrooms have been furnished with new furniture and antiques. Depending on the number of guests (max. 7 guests), the three bedrooms are made available. As standard, one bedroom is available for double occupancy. You can also book two bedrooms by arrangement. With a desk each, you can work relaxed here. From the 3rd guest onwards I charge €50 per guest per night.

Welcome gifts, coffee, tea, spices, towels, bed linen, and toiletries are all provided.
