Relaxe in an apartment in the Baltic Sea village Laboe in an apartment building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a small balcony and a parking space at the house. Perfect for a young family: a folding travel cot and a beach handcart are on site. In the living room there is a sofa bed available for 1-2 more guests. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. A bakery, 2 supermarkets and a beverage market are in the immediate vicinity - as well as a bus stop for a trip to Kiel.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

If you like to jump into the sea quickly in the morning, a nice walk will take you in approx. 10 minutes to the nearby swimming area. Afterwards, you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dining or strolling. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern.
