Der Wormser Wasserturm gilt als einer der schönsten Wassertürme Deutschlands. In der ersten Etage bietet er eine luxuriöse kleine Stadtwohnung (ca. 80 m2), die mit originalen Rundbögen und viel Licht (6 große Fenster) überrascht. Paare werden sich hier wohlfühlen. Sie können einen kulturellen, sportlichen oder/und romantischen Urlaub verbringen. Aber auch geschäftlich Reisende finden hier die Möglichkeit in Ruhe online zu arbeiten und am Abend in einem großzügigen Ambiente zu entspannen.

Ganz in der Nähe vom Neckar könnt Ihr in einer schönen Jugendstilvilla mit Blick in ein ruhiges Gartenareal wohnen. Die Altstadt ist ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Neben dem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Küche und ein Duschbad, die ihr allein benutzen könnt. Auf dem gleichen Stockwerk haben wir zwei Arbeits- bzw. Gästezimmer, die wir vor allem tagsüber nutzen. In der Küche kann Frühstück zubereitet werden. Bitte keine großen Mahlzeiten auf dem Herd kochen. Beim Kochen bitte Fenster öffnen !!

Ruhiges Appartement, 45 m², in kern-saniertem Haus, Baujahr 1850, mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Ladenburg. Gemütlich und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Restaurants, Cafes liegen direkt vor der Haustür, Neckar und Bahnhof sind fußläufig. Heidelberg und Mannheim sind gut in ca. 15 min mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Räder können im Hof untergestellt werden, hier lässt es sich im Sommer auch schön sitzen. Zum Be- und Entladen kann das Auto direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden.

Rauchen in der Wohnung und im Innenhof ist leider nicht gestatten. Check-in Zeit: ab 14.00 Check-out Zeit: bis 12:00

Ich vermiete die Wohnung meines Sohnes, der jetzt im Ausland lebt. Sie ist für 1-2 Personen geeignet und liegt in Handschuhheim, einem idyllischen Stadtteil von Heidelberg. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, einen Wohn-Schlafraum (Einzelbett u. Sofabett) mit einem großen Arbeitsplatz, eine Wohnküche, ein Dusch-Bad und eine separate Toilette. Es sind ca. 3 Min. zum ÖPNV und mit der Straßenbahn erreicht man in 10 Min. die Stadtmitte oder den Hauptbahnhof.

The quiet, 2-room flat in trendy Neuenheim is tucked away behind the main building. The historic old town is a ten-minute stroll away, and it takes only three minutes to reach the next tram stop (10 min. to train station). Neuenheim itself has everything you need: outdoor cafés, take-away restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and a farmers’ market Wednesdays and Saturdays!
