This air Bnb is actually a guest house, located on the property of the main house of the Bnb owners. But we did have privacy due to the way the garden and patio are set up. It was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen in the air bnb is used for commercial cooking / kitchen purposes , so there was a plethora of pans and dishes and silverware and utensils , along with ten gas burners and three ovens. Unfortunately , we could not readily decipher how to use the ovens since we were from the USA and they were not the type that we were familiar with. There were lots of Morrocan spices in the cupboards, we wish we could have known how to use many of them! Getting to use the sauna , steam room, and hot tub were great bonuses. And having access to a washer was a plus. The tv had many English speaking Channels which was also nice. Very nice place and wonderful setting. I would really recommend this air bnb.

Great location, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

We had a one-month stay at the home of Ertu. From all perspectives, it was simply great! Ertu is a kind and generous person and a responsible host! He was always there to help and to make sure that our stay was going smoothly. His house has everything needed for a perfect stay: a private bathroom, a spacious living room which Ertu generously shared with us, and all kinds of kitchen utensils. We were especially happy to use various coffee accessories and the shed to store our bicycles, which Ertu kindly shared with us! The house is located in a lovely and quiet area. We especially enjoyed the forest located within a 5-minute walk from the house, perfect for an evening walk or run. Once we need a place to stay in Eindhoven again, we will certainly come back to Ertu's house.

I felt right at home during my stay. Thank you, Maria, for being such a warm and thoughtful host and for the lovely conversations! I’ll definitely book again next time I’m in the region.

We stayed with the whole family for a long weekend and really enjoyed it! A great house with beautiful garden in a beautiful area. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

I lived there for two months during a business trip. For me, the apartment had the perfect location between the city and local recreation. All things of daily use are within walking distance, the weekly market every Friday at the front door is also great. The apartment itself is beautiful spacious, with a beautiful roof terrace and beautiful open cooking, dining and living area. Organizationally, everything worked out as you would wish. I'd love to come back if I have to go to Einhoven again.

Accommodation faithful to the photos, very clean accommodation and with the amenities mentioned. Monica was available for check-in, no matter what time. Coffee was available, nice touch! 2 single beds joined together but with very comfortable bedding!

Mariet and Gerrit lovely couple - the best hosts of airbnb! They were very helpful- helped us immediately when our car could not start and also helped to arrange a friend automechanic in the village. Thank you, It was a pleasure!

It is a lovely and spacious apartment, modernly furnished with good amenities. Absolutely quiet and in a good location to walks on the large heath and the Leenderbos.

I had a great stay at E's place! The host was always easy to reach whenever I needed assistance. The apartment matched the photos perfectly and it was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. E was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. The location is excellent, making it a convenient spot in Eindhoven. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

I want to share my impressions: the place is just clean, with a new modern renovation, and there is everything you need to live. Especially I would like to mention the very responsive host! There is a small patio area outside. In walking distance to the supermarket.

I'm very grateful that Ans provide this comfortable place for me to live in Netherlands. Ans prepares almost everything you need for living rather than just being in this place and I really enjoy cooking here. Although first time to a unfamiliar nation made me feel quite anxious but Ans's place help me feel safe and there's lots of moments you will feel there's only you in the world, which often helps me to reflect on my life from different perspectives. There's only one point that I would say as a reminder to any future tenants, if I may say, that could be the only one flaw about the place: If you are a very tall person, just be careful when you are using the bathroom.

We were very warmly welcomed by John and Peter. On request, our diet was taken into account. Pleasant place, centrally located.

A tranquil gem of a space, clean, comfortable and great breakfast provided, all on the she of the main centre of Den Bosch. Good nights’ sleep, nearby supermarket and numerous cafés and restaurants, fast wifi - perfect and well worth climbing the two flight of stairs. And a great shower!

Nice accommodation with a stylish and cozy decor. The room features a spacious roof terrace. Each window has a good screen, making the room incredibly easy to air out after a hot day. Anja is a very friendly host. She responds quickly to messages, thinks along and makes you feel welcome quickly. We loved the stay!

Perfect place with very nice and helpful host. The place is just 1.30h from Rotterdam and just 2hours from Amsterdam. Close to shops and take away food. The area is very quiet and safe. We are highly recommending this place.
