We were there with a group of teenagers and young adults and felt very comfortable right from the beginning! The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished; the furnishings are perfectly designed for large groups. The garden/terrace is also great.

Absolutely fantastic place, very peaceful and quiet. I loved the surrounding, a combination of rural environment with hints of wild nature to it. Riet and her partner have created themselves a small piece of quiet, with the possibility to walk around their small pond, and they even created a small beach with an entrance to the pond.

The property is super comfy and very well appointed. You could move the HutTub outside for the ambience, but otherwise everything is fine. Baarlo is certainly not Amsterdam, but you shouldn't have that expectation if you book there. For our men's weekend, the house was so well equipped and offered so much space that we didn't miss any additional activities. We would come back.

We stayed with the whole family for a long weekend and really enjoyed it! A great house with beautiful garden in a beautiful area. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

After a sunny weekend in beautiful Wassum, we are now planning another stay with Yvonne. As soon as you drive into the cozy courtyard and park in front of the palm tree and pond, the vacation feeling is perfect. The chalet and its garden are very inviting and offer many opportunities to unwind. We were traveling with dog and baby. For our baby, we were provided with a travel bed and the four-legged friend was allowed to use the fenced garden to really let off steam. Thanks to Yvonne's hospitable and warm manner, we felt very well looked after and welcome. Thanks for this and see you next time! 🙏🏼👌🏼

The stay is very nicely decorated with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nice base from which to see the many sights of beautiful Brabant. Petra and Cees are lovely people who welcome you very warmly upon your arrival.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Joost's place! Everything was present, both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms and bathroom. Joost always responded very quickly to messages which is very pleasant. He also lives next to the stay, so he can act quickly if you have a question or problem. Very friendly man!

Good space with all the trimmings. Nothing is missing in the kitchen and everything is thought of. With the Games, good beds and good spaces in the house, it is good to stay in the house with 6 people. The location is also top, in the middle of the woods so you can take a nice walk.

Very cozy cottage in a nice and quiet area. Everything is clean and practically furnished. Hang is hospitable and was quick to respond. Definitely recommended for stays with a larger group, where you also have space for privacy within the accommodation.

We had wonderful days in Middelbeers with the Van Beers family. Beautiful, large house, nice surroundings. We looked at how the cows were milked. And fresh eggs on arrival. Totally Top!

Great place, with good amenities

we were there over the weekend. we had the whole place to ourselves and it was very private. the rooms are clean, plenty of towels at our disposal and other necessary stuff are available. the swimming pool is amazing. big and also deep. we would've wished the pool was heated. a big thank you to the host, Marie Lou and her friend Anne Marie for being very responsive and answering all my questions and most importantly being very flexible! will definitely come back again to it and very recommended

we spent a wonderful weekend with our children and grandchildren. Ledereen had a great time with the games in the separate room, the trampoline and the football field. There was nothing missing to host a large company and provide food. Very complete furnishings

We enjoyed it. Of course beautiful weather so we could sit outside a lot in the garden on the lounge set. Everything was really present in the house. Super. For our granddaughter (4 years). Lots of playgrounds in the park. In addition, a nice swimming pool. From the house right into the woods. Wonderful walks made with the dog. In the area delicious restaurants with friendly people. We were in asparagus time. So from the land on your plate. Recommended. Of course also taken home. Conclusion a lovely house and garden. A beautiful park and surroundings. We may come back again. Nice people, proud of their B&B, delicious spacious breakfast, fine bedding with good mattresses. The pool even opened, mid-April!
