6 er Wohnung, ideal auch für das CHIO ! In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Aachener Westen liegt diese gepflegte Wohnung. Freie Fahrt bis in das Gebiet des Campus West/Melaten oder bis in die Aachener Soers (CHIO) nur rund 10 Minuten werden benötigt! Snowworld + Pinkpop ist rund 3 Km entfernt, es fährt ein Buss alle 30 Minuten dorthin, die Fahrzeit beträgt 15 Minuten, mit dem Pkw oder Rad ist man in etwa 5 Minuten dort. Die Bushaltestelle liegt etwa 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt in der Schoolstraat.

Op fiets- en loopafstand van Heerlen centrum en tegelijk midden in het groen, tussen park en bos ligt ons rustgevende appartementje (25m2). Via je eigen terras kom je de slaapkamer in waar 2 eenpersoonsbedden staan (kinderbedje evt beschikbaar). De eetkamer/kitchenette heeft koelkast en kookplaatje. Koffie en thee gratis beschikbaar. Sanitair (wastafel, wc en douche) is privé. Geniet van het culturele, culinaire én natuuraanbod (Parkstad, Heuvelland, Ardennen, Eifel) dat onze grensregio rijk is!

The apartment is cozy and fully furnished, and you walk directly from the apartment onto your terrace. The apartment is on the garden level, accessible via an 8-step staircase. Due to the various steps up and down in the apartment, it is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. (See photos). The bed is equipped with two electrically adjustable slatted bases with medium-firm mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, including bed linen, kitchen linen and bath linen.

't Doperwtje is suitable for 2 people. Has a separate entrance. The living/sleeping area: has a sofa bed and is equipped with all the comforts with a topper. To enjoy a pleasant stay in South Limburg, there are a number of possibilities from Simpelveld. In particular, hiking, biking, culture, but also Germany, Belgium and various cities are 8 to 10 km away. Enjoy various Christmas markets during the winter/Christmas period, for example the caves of Valkenburg.
