Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Residential park in the middle of nature

A beautiful houseboat all to yourself! A beautiful location in the middle of the bulb region within cycling distance of the Keukenhof and the beach. Enjoy the freedom, the outdoors and the many birds and other nature scenes that take place around the houseboat. The houseboat was completely renovated and modernized inside and out in 2020. In 2023 the exterior will be (partly) equipped with another paint color. The ark is ready to offer guests a temporary home.

Haarlem city center "Sleeping at Maerten's"

The apartment is fully equipped, is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance. In front of the door, there is an opportunity to park a car or motorcycle for free on our own property. Our house is located in the beautiful Kleverpark, within walking distance of the center of Haarlem and the Centraal Station. Beach, dunes and forest in the nearby area, ideal for hiking and biking. A bike rental is nearby.
