Pat’s house by the lake a great place to escape from the city and spend close to the nature and relaxation. We, two families with young kids greatly enjoyed the thanksgiving weekend here. The view to the lake and landscape the fall colours are stunning. The stairs down to the lake are worth taking to spend the morning or the afternoon to sit down close to the lake to enjoy the serenity. Ample of boats, books and board games for seniors and kids. Amenities to cook both inside or outside. A clean and spacious house with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. We would love to revisit this place. Thanks Pat for hosting us.

Perfect for our family of four! The cottage was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the wood fireplace and available snowshoes for hiking through the snow. We had an amazing day at Arrowhead (about 30 min away) skating and snowshoeing. My 8 year old daughter says “It was awesome, when can we come again?”

We had a fabulous time at Sergio and Livia’s place! Everything was just as stated! We walked in and were so happy with the cozy and clean feeling of the cottage. The cottage had all the amenities needed for a great weekend! My grandson loved the kitchen in the loft, my grown children just enjoyed having two places to a hang out and how easy it was to get to the ski hill. My husband loved the retro arcade game! Sergio and Livia were amazing hosts, who gave amazing and clear instructions and were always available. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for allowing my family to have a wonderful Family Day weekend in your family’s rental.

Great host he is very helpful and understanding, the place is a very relaxing and cozy with lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Michal is an excellent host who responds quickly and is very accommodating. Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time there. With pool table, foosball, hot tub, sauna and large yard, there was lots to do for everyone, young and old.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful, it's what cottage dreams are made of, and Davinia & her family put in so much love to make you feel comfortable and special. Our family felt totally entertained, we slept well, we shared laughs and made memories here that will last a lifetime. We don't get to spend long stretches of time together like this, and this space easily accommodated each of us and gave us adequate privacy we each had privacy and felt happy with the sleeping arrangements. It was so lovely to have fires every day, the hot tub was incredible, and the cottage itself has a rustic yet modern vibe to it. The drive down from Toronto was also very easy. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here, thank you Davinia & family for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we loved it!

Peter was very quick with his responses and took the time to look up what was near the air bnb. The location was amazing since it was right beside a ski resort and 20 minutes away was the most beautiful skating trail in the forest. The air bnb itself was very nice. We cooked dinner and it had everything we needed and seasoning as well. The only thing would be the TV which we didn’t bring a laptop to connect to, which Peter did communicate to us we needed. It was a very great stay and Peter was ever helpful and kind ! Will come back in the summer for the lake.

Wonderful stay during the Family Day weekend with great skiing and hiking. The chalet is beautifully decorated, spacious and squeaky clean. We will come back.

Al and Ariana’s place is stunning, organized, and neat. It’s pretty comfy and makes us feel at home. We could rest, cook, enjoy the surroundings, and even take a short trip to Algonquin Park. I can't wait to come back sometime shortly.
