Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Haynes Area, Nashville

Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

We loved our stay at “Taylor’s House” as we called it. It easily accommodated our four couples with plenty of room to socialize in the living room. The location was good, and easy Lyft to anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Penny's is a very sweet place great for anyone looking to explore East Nashville. Had everything we needed for two people visiting the area. The outdoor courtyard area is lovely and well kept. The house is in a great location, extremely walkable, quiet surroundings. Penny is warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place this was! Our family wanted to spend time in Downtown Nashville (but didn’t want to stay in the busy city the entire trip). The location was perfect and allowed us to spend time in the city, having time to rest & enjoy some quiet. If we had stayed more than the weekend, we would have taken advantage of the fire pit and patio. My favorite spot was the front porch swing! Best seat in the house for morning coffee.

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. You could not ask for a better host or a more perfectly appointed place to lay your head. The kitchen is spectacular. The beds are comfortable. The living room is welcoming and the screened in porch is truly exceptional. You cannot pick a better place to stay and you’re so close to a Trader Joe’s and shopping that you can get anything you need. AND the bluebird Café and so many other great things are a quick ride away. It’s really easy to get a Lyft or an Uber, so don’t be afraid to stay here and head downtown!

This Airbnb was exactly as listed, it was very clean and well organized the pool table and ping pong were a plus. The host were very nice and responded in a timely manner, I wish I could have stayed longer and I would 100% come back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a peaceful vacation with a beautiful view.

Ethan was a great host from the time we booked. He was very responsive and supportive of our request. The house was exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was quest and a quick Lyft/Uber ride to broadway and where we wanted to go. We would definitely try to book the next time we go to Nashville.

Charming little home nestled in a clean and quiet neighborhood in East Nashville. The location is perfect. We woke up every morning and walked (5 min.) to The Frothy Monkey for some coffee. Orher cute shops in the area but we just did some window glancing. We rented a car for daytime adventures - navigating roads isn't to difficult. Bonus, Lyfts into Downtown (about a 10 minute drive) are super reasonable for about $9-12 depending on time of day/night. Do yourself a favor and don't plan to park Downtown. Anyways, the home fit the bill for my husband and me. We both thought the larger King size bed was comfortable and both enjoyed the screened in porch to watch some March Madness in between outings. The home was clean to our standards. The host was super responsive and kind. I would stay here again. Thank you!

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time staying here and although it was a bit rainy all week we still had a blast!

Cute, cozy & clean cottage. We saw a friendly herd of deer as we left. Navigating the driveway took skill to turn our compact car; the video helped. We walked the boardwalk from the Mallard Point Park in Hendersonville to Moby Dicks for delicious seafood and friendly service.

The unit is located in a secure building which is within walking distance of basically everything. The airport is just a short drive away as well. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Zach is a very responsive host who has a great place that we would love to stay at again. Thanks!

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

Great place to stay! The place is comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is was also great. There’s a couple of skylights that let it a lot of natural light. Check in was super easy!

It was great. My wife and I enjoyed the bed so much that we would like to know that make and model.

Very relaxing, rustic cottage with all the modern touches. Beautiful location I came in early spring, so the trees had no leaves, but the cabin is surrounded by trees with a fire pit. Very nice place for a rest.

Our five-day stay provided our family of 4 with needed peace and relaxation. Grace and Martin are the ideal hosts for us; they respected our privacy, but were available when we needed anything and welcomed us into their lives. We loved being far enough away from Nashville to avoid the crowds and close enough to head to the city for the day. We especially loved the animals, the art, the porch and the comfy beds. Can’t recommend this property enough!

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.

We had a great stay at Kyle’s place. It was secluded and private but not a far drive from the local town and restaurants. We made great use of the beautiful fire pit and were very thankful that Kyle provided firewood for us. Would definitely stay here again

Mark's red roof cabin exceeded our expectations! The great lighting and decor and right in the woods where we always find peace away from city living. We had everything at our finger tips. I would recommend this listing over and over again!!!

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.

We made a lot of memories at the cabin! It’s perfect for a family retreat. Room for 7 people comfortably.
