This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

One of the three bedrooms is on the main level, while the second and third bedrooms are on the second floor. Before booking, please review the full listing: Welcome to your cozy Nashville suite with private keypad entrance. Our home is within half a mile of the original and famous Slim & Husky's Pizza, less than 5 minute ride to Germantown, about 10 min to Broadway and the Gulch, and 15 minutes from the airport. The Buchanan Suite is located in a transitioning, urban neighborhood and is not the most walking friendly yet, but is changing daily.

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. LGBTQIA friendly.
