The studio is located in the corner of the fully fenced and landscaped backyard of my 1910 house. The space is small, about 240 square feet. Public transportation is nearby, including 2 bus stops within 5 minute walks and the MAX train about a 15 minute walk. Several restaurants and food carts are also walking distance.

The window views are full of foliage making you feel like you're up in the trees, hence the name. Our neighborhood is quiet and calm, and we are walking distance from downtown St Johns as well as many parks. The studio can also be turned into your own personal movie theater!

Scott’s beautiful artist’s loft feels like coming home every time we stay there. It is light and roomy, tastefully decorated and the bed and pillows are sooo comfy. The neighborhood is very quiet and is a home run for us as our son and his young family are a 3 min walk. Highly recommend…10 out of 10!

Elizabeth’s backyard bungalow is a great place for an extended stay or just a night away. It had everything I needed and then some. It was super clean and Elizabeth was a great communicator, making sure everything was going great. The neighborhood is very quaint and this time of year in Portland can’t be beat. There are beautiful flowers everywhere. Thank you Elizabeth. I hope to stay again sometime.

The unit met all of our needs and was in great condition. Irina was flexible and allowed us to extend our stay with a late check out which was very helpful. We thought the unit was very clean and all appliances worked as needed. The street is a mix of very old (some seemingly abandoned) homes and new so it’s in a transitional phase it seems. We had no issues and felt safe though. It was a 5 star stay and we appreciate it!
