Vacation rentals with a patio in Hawthorne

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

Sean was a great host and always answered any queries we had quickly. Checking in was easy and the place was exactly as described. We had a great stay and if we ever visit Santa Monica again from the UK we will definitely look into this place!

This studio was amazing!! It was so cute, all of the decor and thought that went into this space was chefs kiss! The location was amazing and the vibe was just right.

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and this location was exactly what I needed. Walkable location to restaurants, beauty spots and most importantly for me the beach…..since that’s the main reason I came. 🏝️The host gave a special touch to my visit since I was celebrating my special day. I would recommend this place for it checks all the boxes when it comes to location, restaurants, things to do and much more. Even the Uber driver was impressed with the neighborhood/beach location and mentioned they have to come out this way to enjoy Redondo Beach. Thank you again for making my stay extra special.

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Nellie’s home was amazing! She fave us super clear instructions on how to enter the home and it was clean and welcoming and inviting! The rooms were comfortable and the space was perfect for 3 of us. Everything was clean, too! Very accessible to SoFi Stadium, and other neighborhoods we visited. Nellie was very responsive to messages and even offered to bring us more items - like toilet paper, coffee pods and more! Definitely recommend staying at Nellie’s house. She is awesome!

We spent a weekend at Juresha’s location and we loved our entire stay. House was clean, organized, and contained lots of cozy amenities. We actually wish we stayed in the house more rather than jumping around LA! Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean. We were in the area for an event at SoFi and it was the perfect spot for easy access to the venue. Juresha was proactive with communicating details to us, checking in, and sharing details about the home to make sure we were comfortable. Would recommend! Thank you.

Excellent location by Sunset and quiet up the mountain. Plenty of lounge space. I loved the fire pit in the back patio so relaxing! Beds ore comfy!

10 stars! I am so glad I chose Alyssa’s place. It was lovely, absolutely immaculate, conveniently located, and super comfortable. Alyssa was fantastic, communicated wonderfully and really went out of her way to make my cousin and I feel welcome. This was a perfect spot for what we needed on our road trip. I HIGHLY recommend this stay.

Our stay was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. It was 5-7 minutes from SoFi Stadium. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We felt safe the entire time. Ihab communicated with us and gave us detailed instructions. I would definitely recommend!!

This place was great! Super close to Sofi where I had a concert and the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful & I felt safe. Which was a big thing for me since I was traveling alone. Would highly recommend!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clearly explained, which made it really simple to settle in. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed.
