Generous bedroom with king size bed (can be set up as small twins) and en-suite shower room. Comfortable open plan living, dining and kitchen space, and separate utility room for washing and drying after a day’s walking. Excellent wi-fi. Dog friendly with private garden and 1 parking space. Byre Cottage is in the heart of Exmoor, whilst Dulverton is only a 5 min drive.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

17thC Threshing Barn in a peaceful Vineyard setting. Beautiful cob and stone barn with original beams and features. Entire house, sleeps two, detached from the main farm house, with private entrance doorway. The Threshing Barn is located in the heart of the village of Knowstone, on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. Located close to the Two Moors Way between Dartmoor and Exmoor. Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.
