Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hawkhurst

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

Very nice place in a lovely area. Very nice and helpful host. Very good and fast communication. I recommend this place. We will be coming back.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Great accommodation which suited the needs of our group. Jo was an excellent host, and very responsive to messages. The hot tub was a brilliant extra which we enjoyed on the first night and felt like a real treat. Thanks Jo!

We felt at home in Tima’s house. She is friendly and responsive. The place was amazing and a very accurate listing. 5 minutes walk to the river and It has a peaceful neighbourhood. We will come back Again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

Thank you Andrea we had an amazing stay. We were 8 adults (2 who have some difficulties walking due to recent surgeries) and 2 kids and the house worked well for us. It was easily walkable to the beach and the garden was a treat particularly for the Easter egg hunt. Very soft beds too.

Agatha’s flat is in a lovely spot right by the beach, also very close to the beautiful Lower Leas Coastal Park. The flat is on the top floor, is light and airy with far reaching views, a good coffee maker, and a comfy bed for a quiet night’s sleep. Good communication. Thanks Agatha.

Great stay in the very nice neighborhood of Kensington. Our kids loved all the fancy cars in the area, including two Ferrari's just around the corner. Space made sense for our family of four as well!

Lovely, light, characterful little flat, in a great location steps away from shops, cafes and buses. Great host who responded to all our questions. Highly recommended.

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully decorated flat, super clean. Only downside is being on the lower ground, but then you do get a little outdoor terrace. Lennie was very helpful and accommodating, would recommend!

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

Mark is a really great host. He helped us with all the instructions for checkin and even suggested nearby attractions. He even provided us with options on how we can easily move with our luggage. The bnb was awesome with all the amenities in place, really felt at home.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

We have had a fabulous week in this beautiful spotless Airbnb. We were two couples and a single friend. We wondered if it would feel small but not at all - it was perfect! We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen is so well equipped! The hosts have thought of absolutely everything you might need. It's in a lovely quiet spot of London and I just couldn't recommend this enough. I'd love to come back! Thank you so much 💕

Fabulous seafront apartment with great views and centrally located. Our stay included 2 adults and 2 small children and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the I360. Would definitely recommend.

My grown son and I stayed at Lana's apartment for six nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was cute, clean, comfortable, and only a short walk to Earl's Court tube station. The street was very lovely as well. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again if we are lucky enough to re-visit London!
