This is a beautiful newer build with great attention to detail. This includes a private bedroom, bathroom and well-appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 70 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.

The Paradise & Ocean Suites come furnished each with a Cal-king bed, kitchen/kitchenette, WiFi, large picture windows, private bathroom with shower. Each suite has a large private lanai where you can relax, eat and gaze out into the horizon. The suites are connected via interior stairway and privacy can be maintained in each suite with locking door.

Located on a quiet peninsula of Keaau, in the Hawaiian Paradise Park sub-devision, just outside of Hilo, the Whale House is a stand-alone residence for one guest, families or group. A truly unique house built directly on top of an ancient lava flow. Unlike all other houses in the area, a tractor did not level the lava to build a structure. The Whale House is constructed entirely on original, untouched lava flow just yards from the Pacific Ocean.

A modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator. A clean countertop with a white surface complements dark cabinetry. A small window adds natural light to the space, enhancing the functional layout with essential kitchenware visible.
