Direkte til Kattegat og med stor naturgrund, finder du dette helårsanvendelige og isolerede bjælkehus. Fyldt med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder og indrettet med 3 værelser i hovedhuset samt nyt (2023) anneks. Her er er desuden 2 toiletter. Huset oser tykt af sommerhusstemning og indbyder til mange timer med ild i brændeovnen, pandekager i maven og mange naturskønne kilometer i benene. Følg fx stien langs grunden, helt op til det yderste af nordvest Sjælland. Eller hvad med et hurtigt dyp i havet?

Sommerhus med havudsigt til 1 eller 2 familier, da huset har stort separat anneks med eget bad og toilet. Kun et stenkast fra den lækre badestrand finder du vores nybyggede sommerhus, hvor du kan nyde havudsigten mens du får morgenkaffen på terrassen efter en dukkert i havet. Huset ligger naturskønt ud til strand, Dybesø, Flyndersø og Korshage, hvor der er rig mulighed for skønne naturoplevelser. Kun en kort cykeltur væk finder du Rørvig By med caféer og restauranter samt en hyggelig havn.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Fantastisk sommerhus i 1. række med panoramaudsigt over Sejerøbugten. Beliggende på stor naturgrund med direkte adgang til dejlig børnevenlig strand. Huset indeholder 3 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser og en meget stor stue og køkken med udsigt til vandet. Sommerhuset ligger ugenert for enden af lukket privat vej. Sommerhuset er ideelt for børnefamilier og par med lyst til ro og fred og være i et med naturen. Fra huset er der kun 50 meter ned til stranden med perfekte bademuligheder.

I huset er der entre, bad/toilet med sauna, soveværelse samt et stort køkken/stue med alkove. Fra stue er der adgang til dejlig stor hems. Huset har aircondition og brændeovn. Anneks indeholder værelse med dobbelt seng. Hus og anneks er forbundet af træterrasse og der er udebruser med varmt vand. Soveværelse i huset samt hems og alkove.

Hyggeligt sommerhus tæt v/ vandet

Rigtig hyggeligt og rummelig sommerhus på 100 m2 med anneks. Her er plads til den store familie, hvor bedsteforældre eller teenagerne vil kunne bo separat i annekset. Huset har et stort køkken allerum, hvor I vil kunne slappe af foran brændeovnen eller hygge med et af vores mange spil ved et langt spisebord. Huset er omgivet af træteresse og forbundet med anneks. Vi har en stor have med trampolin og legehus. Derudover er der udenørsbruser og varmepumpe.

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks

100 year old countryside house

In 2022 I bought this house on Sjællands Odde which was in pretty bad shape, I’ve been renovating it and it’s now very liveable and cozy, with the charme that an old house comes with. Though not perfect! I have 3 bedrooms, one with a big kingsize bed, one with a twin bed, and one with a single or two single beds, and a hut in the back of the garden with a double bed.

Charming timber beachhouse in the front row with a view over Sejrø Bay. 5 lovely bedrooms with views of nature and water, and a terrace with a view over the water/Sejrø Bay. Private child-friendly sandy beach, and spa/wilderness bath on the terrace. (Note that you can rent our additional house with 6 additional sleeping places, which is located right next door.)
