You really are just that close to the Eiffel Tower! Great place and view and very comfortable. Very easy to get to the subways or to catch a cab or Uber right outside. Walkable along the river and to just about anywhere you need to go. Also fantastic communication from the host making every part of the experience easy! Highly Recommended!!

Beautiful apartment just outside of Paris! It is a 3 min walk to the tram which is super well connected with all other city transports! The apartment was beautiful with a wonderful big balcony overlooking green grass gardens! There was everything you needed! The bed was comfortable! The alarm and building were sleek and nice. Everything was great!

Great stay for New Year's Eve! We were looking for an apartment above all close to our families and we had the good surprise of discovering a lively neighborhood, with very good restaurants, bakery and convenience stores at the foot of the building while easily accessing the center of Paris with metro line 3. The parking space in the Residence is a real plus. And the apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Thank you again to Isabelle and Juliette for the welcome!

During the Paris Marathon we stayed there with my mother and fiancee. Nice view over the river Seine and to the Eiffel tower, and more than sufficient space for the 3 of us

If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

A really good stay here during Olympics. Quiet surroundings with a short connection to the centre of Paris. Claire was really communicative and quickly helpful with minor questions we had.

Ideal place! We go very quickly to central Paris thanks to the train station just opposite, while enjoying the atmosphere and services of a more peaceful community. There's room in this newly renovated home. Be careful when you are very connected, no wifi and 3/4/5G networks are quite weak.

Our stay at Kevin's was just amazing! Check-in was extremely easy, with very good instructions. The apartment is ideal – nestled in a quiet area, but only a few minutes' walk to the metro. It was the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodation was impeccable and tastefully decorated, with special attention to detail in every room. The bed was good, the kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to prepare our meals easily, and the living room was a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring. There is a fan that is super helpful with the heat. I highly recommend it!

i had a pleasant stay in Malika's apartment! The location was perfect, close to public transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Evangeline was incredibly responsive and a great check-in, she speaks English beautifully. All the supplies you need to get going in Paris. Could not be a better location. Very high ceilings in living areas with tall operable windows, very low ceiling in loft bedroom. Washer, no dryer. Forty six steps up to unit. Great water pressure, great internet connection, great TV/app channel choices. Would definitely stay again.
