All shops (Saugues) 15 minutes away. Hiking, mountain biking, climbing, Allier beaches (supervised in Prades), white water sports, fishing, town of Puy-en-Velay, Seuges gorges, Saint Jacques chamine, plateau of the Margeride. In total 350 m2, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets. In the heart of the Ardèche countryside, our large country house (15p) is made for families, friends or seminars. Ideal for recharging your batteries and plenty of activities on site without taking a car: Nordic bath, sauna, on-site massages (optional), fire pit, BBQ, petanque court, games room (table tennis, foosball, darts) and walks. Close to the gourmet village of Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid (3* Regis Marcon), the Peaugres d'Annonay safari.

Quiet family paradise, river, sauna

Secluded house at the exit of a hamlet surrounded by nature for 10 to 16 people. A real little family paradise, mountain river in the garden: pools and waterfalls for swimming. Then warm up in our sauna for 10-12 people. The house, dates from the 16th and 17th century. The perfect place for 2 or 3 families wanting to recharge their batteries Attention...we kindly ask you to bring your sheets and towels. We do not accept birthdays, bachelor parties or bachelorette parties.

"Les Acacias" studio

Bright, new (2023) independent studio, 40 m2, on the ground floor of our house, with direct access via an external staircase. Parking nearby. Close to the center of Le Monastier and its shops, and at the start of the Stevenson Trail. Private and communal bike garage adjoining free access for horses or donkeys. Located near Le Puy-en-Velay, departure from Saint Jacques de Compostelle, and the Les Estables resort (Nature activities, lugipark, skiing in winter).

You will find all the comforts of a modern home, but entirely made of wood and surrounded by nature! Without any neighbors, you can enjoy the calm with your family, walks before going to warm up in the Finnish bath, sauna or simply by the fireplace!

In the city and in the countryside.

This unique place is close to all the sights and amenities, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to the departures of Santiago de Compostela and Stevenson. In the city (5 minutes from Le Puy city center by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. Large heated pool (from mid or end of May when the weather permits and until September 25) (and shared) and spa, bocce ball and soccer field. Can't wait to meet!!!

Cantalou bread oven

Welcome to our charming little home in the heart of the Cantal! Live a unique experience in an old bread oven, set in a peaceful hamlet with views to the valley. This 55 m² detached house includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower room. Enjoy the garden with barbecue and the space for a tent. If you are a couple with small children, we would be happy to host you.

Beautiful Tencel

Provided a spacious, very bright and warm apartment! Great for those looking for a peaceful place. It is located on the outskirts of the very dynamic small town of Tence. This home is fully equipped. You'll find two beds. A 160x200 bed and a new sofa bed (sheets and towels at extra cost). A 50m² terrace with SPA will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view overlooking the river Lignon.
