Great location with secure parking . The apartment was newly decorated with comfortable beds

Great location especially for cruises. Good facilities. Restaurants within walking distance . Would suggest inclusion of a step stool as the dryer opening is quite high and visually difficult to see contents. A quicker response time from host would be appreciated for urgent/ time limited queries.( current response time via AirBnB is too long!)

Greet location in Auckland! You’re within walking distance of the wharf area including the ferries, shopping, and Sky City. Very beautiful view of water from apartment’s deck. Jonno was very responsive and his team at QV was helpful. I would recommend this place to those staying in Auckland.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Such a fantastic location with an outstanding view of the water and so close to everything on the viaduct, downtown auckland and Britomart too. The apartment was so warm and cosy despite it being the start of winter. We didn’t once have to put the heating on at all! The bed was comfy, furniture was great and the apartment was spacious and relaxing with a full kitchen, which was so fantastic. It is right on the waterfront so close to lovely heritage walks around the pier and lots of fabulous restaurants and shopping. We also went to Waiheke Island on the ferry, which was only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Excellent security and always felt really safe. There is a bottle store downstairs (literally) and a Woolworths Metro within a 5 minute walk. Super-sunny on the deck and a lovely view, even if raining! Thanks so much guys, this was our favourite place to stay in all our visits to Auckland and we would love to come back!

Absolutely great place to stay, right by where we work stationed for work for a few weeks, close to everything we needed, can't complain at all!

If you're looking for a chic apartment in downtown Auckland for a couple or on your own, then this place ticks all your boxes. Fabulous shopping, restaurants and cafes right almost on your doorstep not to mention the ferry terminal almost across the road and Britomart transport hub almost next door. Saying, that it is quiet for an inner city apartment. Lloyd is very friendly and responsive and has great taste in furnishing and art! Just a cool place and location and would highly recommend.

Tiziana was very easy to deal with and replied to my queries very quickly. Was a very cosy plan e to sty and would definitely use again and recommend to others looking for somewhere in that area.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent—close to shops and cafes, which made it perfect for travelling with our two kids. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, just as it was the last time. We truly appreciated how easy and convenient everything was. I highly recommend this place, especially for families!

Beautiful apartment as described. Netflix and Disney channels in two bedrooms. Nice welcome pack and some sundries in the fridge and cupboard. A large range of cooking utensils and kitchen wares available. Close to shopping centre with local supermarket, gym, cafe, hairdresser, florist, etc. Unfortunately, the driveway is very steep and may not be suitable for elderly or immobile persons to walk up and down. Overall, beautiful apartment close to shops and harbour foreshore, beaches.

Great place for our family to stay. The host was super helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed and the place was close to many amenities and dining places. Would definitely recommend.

Easily one of the best apartments I stayed in. It's walkable distance from Sky Tower, private & quiet, very spacious & money's worth. My bus arrived in Auckland earlier than expected & it had started raining; since the apartment was ready already, Dirk was very kind to allow me an early check-in around 12:45pm. I had enough privacy to sleep well.. all amenities were provided as listed. Wouldn't hesitate one bit to book again.

Great place to stay, balcony amazing for all day sun and 3 water views (beach, bay and hot pools!) Amazing view of the Mount and so close for one of the best walks in NZ around the base (or up to the top if game enough). Great host, very responsive. Great value ice-cream at your doorstep too at Copenhagen Cones, highly recommend this for a couple

Was a last minute booking, only a couple of days before. Barry responded very quickly to confirm. The Villa was great. Full kitchen, lovely balcony and excellent location. Will definitely book again!

Always appreciate when wifi actually works well at a place and Barclays certainly did! The room was exactly as described and what we needed. Would have been useful to know that check-in was at reception (maybe this had been stated somewhere and I didn’t notice) but I was expecting a check in code to arrive and was a little disconcerted when I didn’t get one. However, it was evident when we arrived that a check in code was not required.
