Our second trip back! Just the most relaxing place to be, with fantastic sea views. Andrew is a very polite and helpful host. The place has everything you need. Oven, cooktop, grilled plus Weber bbq accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and lovely comfy bed. The covered deck is the spot to be! So very relaxing. See you on Trip 3! The perfect getaway, my first time visiting the area and I couldn’t of picked a better spot! Jess’s place was cosy and calm with stunning views from the balcony, wish I had booked it for longer ☺️

Caron’s cabin was rustic and as described. Facilities were good for one night, Caron left us some eggs and fruit from the land. Caron greeted us on arrival and added some history to the cabin which was great. It was a great place for us to stay on our long drive down south. Be warned, creepy crawlies love the cabin also!!

Very peaceful and beautiful area. We stayed for one night with two younger kids. We really appreciated being away from the city and being able to decompress after a long travel to get to NZ. The place is near a lot of good eats too and a very walkable neighborhood. I got small run in the morning, which I appreciated I felt I was in an area that I could do that. Kids enjoyed the big TV.

Love love love everything about this home. The views, the animals, the conversations. Everything was like a fairytale. The fruit from the farm was delicious (even tried a new type of fruit I’d never had!), the tub was perfect for a nice relaxing soak after being at the beach all day. Will be coming back here when I visit NZ again. 11/10

I had such a great experience at Linda and Al's place! They offered free upgrade from unit downstairs to upstairs lodge, it was clean and cozy, with all the essentials we needed. The location was perfect—super close to Orewa shops, which made it easy to get around. Linda and Al was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and even offered us late check out. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip! Thanks for such a memorable stay! :)

Beautiful cozy cottage that has lovely character. Located in peaceful countryside with beautiful views. Especially appreciated the variety of teas and spreads. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect stay as a solo female traveller, felt safe and cozy with an indoor fireplace and enjoyed the tub with bubble bath provided which I appreciated. Overlooking a beautiful valley with birds chirping and an amazing garden. Really enjoyed taking a walk down the private lane and having pink lights come on at night! Unfortunately stayed during cyclone Tam however even without sunny weather the tiny home was stunning and such a special experience.

This was the perfect place in between all that we had booked. It was so cozy and peaceful. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed throwing some sticks with Blue!

I've stayed in many air bnbs over the years but this one has to be my favourite of them all. John And Sue left so many personal touches. They were incredibly kind and accommodating and were absolutely lovely with our children as well. They showed us all around the farm and let the kids feed the animals which they loved. The space as well was incredible. So comfortable and relaxing with amazing views all around, and just a short drive to Raglan. Our only regret was not booking for longer.

The Rose Cottage is a gem! So glad we chose this Airbnb. Tranquil, clean and peaceful. Michelle is the ultimate host - proactive & offering advice and recommendations. She then gave us all the privacy we needed. The cottage was well equipped and spacious. We were also left fresh milk, eggs, bread and breakfast - what a treat! We enjoyed the walk through the bush and feeding the horses.

We stayed at this beautiful getaway and were able to enjoy a few days of relaxing in a beautiful part of Aotearoa . It was extremely private and secluded, a perfect spot for some peace and quiet whilst still being extremely luxurious and close to Auckland.

Prue's was amazing. Beautiful views and so peaceful. They were very understanding regarding a bit of misjudged driving!!!!! When we had a storm, Prue text to make sure we were ok..We had a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely 2 night stay - quiet, private and tranquil with beautiful views of rolling hills and paddocks. Kelly is an excellent communicator and swift to assist. Everything is as described; the listing descriptions are well-crafted with honesty and integrity. Happy to have found this place and would recommend to others!

We loved our night at Melissa and Charlie’s barn house. Very clean and comfortable. Coming from Auckland we had the country experience we were looking for including the beautiful pigs and roosters. We would highly recommend

Everything about Silvereye was fantastic- fabulous house, amenities, position, hot tub, views, toys, games, activities, comfortable beds, the garden, absolutely everything. I couldn't think anything to improve this property. Book it.

Perfect setting for a relaxing evening on the deck with beautiful views. So peaceful just south of Auckland is exactly what we needed after our 1st day of driving! Off to a great start with accommodations on our 2 week adventure! Thank you Jan and John!

This is the BEST air BNB that I /we have stayed in, in all the countries I've visited. The house is inviting and warm, allowing you to feel right at home straight away. It spacious and well designed. The kitchen is well stocked with extras like oil, milk, tea, coffee, honey, yoghurt, bread and continental breakfast is provided too, including fresh laid eggs from their free range chickens. The Beds are super comfortable, with electric blankets for cold nights. The spa pool was awesome! we got great use out of it. Robert was a delight to communicate with. He was polite, courteous, and responded quickly to any questions. They provide you with a Guidebook, that has everything you need to know about your stay, all located in one, handy and very professional space. We loved our time here. I almost dont want to speak too highly of it in case it's not available for our next visit, but in all honesty, we highly recommend this place.

A wonderful place to stay, high recommend!! The bed is so comfortable. Location is far away from town to have peace but close enough for convenience to good restaurants, cafes, supermarket etc.

Anette and Keith are amazing hosts. They were there upon arrival and greeted us with open arms. Beautiful place to stay if your looking for somewhere that is quiet and peaceful but not to far away from shops/supermarkets etc. When we checked out they took our kids to go feed the alpacas and sheep, which they loved. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Perfection! We stayed for 4 weeks and it was the perfect base. It was so magical to be rural but also so close to everything you need. Hosts were exceptional, beds comfy and kitchen had everything we needed.
