The 3-room apartment is located on the second floor of a building built around 1899. Only a short walk to the coffee shop in the library park.

The apartment has been used as a viewing apartment for a number of residential magazines, and was presented in good morning Norway in light of sustainable renovation. No one lives in the apartment. Started with a rental on Airbnb in October 2024. The apartment can, among other things, offer generous ceilings and unique material choices. Stylish and unique build up. Good vibe. 1-5 min walk to hospital, college and city center. Peaceful and very central location.

Cozy and traditional cabin at Vigdarvatnet for nice nature experiences and relaxation. The cabin is located close to Vigdarvatnet completely undisturbed and without access. Rich wildlife both wild and domesticated. Hafing for travel and fishing on the water, equipment can be borrowed by agreement. (Canoe, fishing rods ) The cabin has two bedrooms and a large loft. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a family bunk that sleeps 3 The loft has two mattresses We love our cabin and want it to be used with respect.

Huset ligger i kort gåavstand til alt du måtte ønske, og trenge av butikker, museer, kaffer, Resturanter, barer, Edda kino, parker, turområder og båtene ut til øyene utenfor. Short car trip to hiking areas as Ryvarden lighthouse (6 km) Bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. The cabin is perfect for 2 people. Have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. 12 km to Haugesund city centre
