If you do business with a lot of visitors, this is not the place! From the apartment it is walking distance to all city amenities. Short distance to, among other things, the grocery store, the library, Markedet shopping mall, the college, the hospital, and hiking areas. The 3-room apartment is located on the second floor of a building built around 1899. Only a short walk to the coffee shop in the library park.

Several of my clients have rented longer stays and I have received good feedback. There is 40% on monthly rent. Here's everything you need: internet, 42-inch TV, altibox, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave. Cups and plates, pots etc. Coffee maker, kettle. Towels, beds made.

The apartment is at the end of the main street. Short distance to everything, but the house still has a garden in the back and parking for up to two cars on the property. Hot tub, freestanding shower and large kitchen. One large, double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. 80 m2. A few minutes walk to the hospital (Helse Fonna) and HVL (university), the pedestrian street in the city center and the city's restaurant area on the quay. Heat pump and fireplace.
