Enjoy the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located home close to art museums, park, harbor, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. The apartment has its own terrace next to the small garden with lovely evening sun. Tastefully decorated with lots of fun details and flea finds. It is luxury for a couple, but also good for the small family or four good friends. The apartment is a high living room and is located in the attractive neighborhood of Østbyen, within walking distance of the hospital. Close to everything but far from city noise and stress.

Lovely annex with lots of options

Home of approx. 22m2 with loft, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with fridge and induction plates. The annex is located as an angle on the carport/tool room and is located in the garden. There are 4 sleeping places, two in the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/linens/ towels/ tea towels are for free use. There is the possibility of borrowing a washer/dryer like the glass house for free use, however, along with the host couple. The property is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest as well as 8 km from Juelsminde.

No smoking home welcomes guests, all smoking must take place outdoors Located in quiet residential neighborhood, a short distance to the city and nature, all within 1-2 km. You rent 2 rooms, bathroom and small hallway locked from the rest of the house, private terrace and entrance as well as own parking space. There are board games, books, and drawing media that are free to use. Small tea kitchen with microwave, no hot plates. 3/4 bed 140x 195 with tempur roller mattress. Please write for questions

Ferielejlighed på 1. sal af vores nedlagte landejendom. Den er ca. 30m2. Her er dobbeltseng (160x200), lænestole, sofabord og TV. Spiseplads til 4 og et lille køkken med køl, frys, kogeplader, mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, elkedel mm. Samt et badeværelse med bruser. Lejligheden er aflåst til resten af boligen, og har sin egen tagterrasse hvorfra der også er egen indgang. Fri wifi. Vi har 2 fjordheste, høns, geder og en sød udekat. Leje af fold til medbragt hest muligt.

Centralt i Horsens finder du dette nænsomt renoverede hus. Det bedste ved huset er køkkenet, hyggen og den stemningsfuld. Boligen er ikke et privat hjem. Sengetøj og håndklæder er inklusiv. Ingen morgenmad. Der er to enkelt senge i soveværelset. I stuen er det muligt at sove på sovesofaen, på en gæsteseng/gulvmadras. I "sommersoveværelset" er der 2 enkelt senge. Cozy surroundings for a perfect night out. In this spacious guest suite you can enjoy the tranquility and each other's company. There is plenty of space to relax outside and inside. There is a separate entrance, a separate bathroom/toilet and a kitchen with crockery, electric kettle, single hob etc. Sofa bed of good quality. There is access to a pavilion with a barbecue and the option of a wilderness bath and outdoor shower (by agreement).

Great experience, the house is very large and bright as well as very clean. There were areas for children both outside and inside. The house is about 30 minutes from Billund but it is absolutely worth going a few more kilometers. Lea was always available for all our questions or requests. The price for the stay is absolutely fair.

The apartment is very spacious with a nice view and beautiful art. The first days you will only take pictures of the view. The light changes in every type of weather. Good public transport to Aarhus, Odder and Odense. And also a nice art museum nearby. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and it is nice to talk to her.
