Cute little medieval house in Old Town Hastings

A beautiful, quirky little Grade II Listed medieval house in Old Town Hastings on a picturesque road, a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and just next to Foyle's War location.. Home of Mark Eason and filled with examples of his art (including oil paintings of fish caught by local fishermen, which he paints in the summerhouse at the end of the garden). Two double bedrooms with double beds; there is wifi but no telly, just a cosy place to stay. The address is 11 Croft Road (not 9 - 11).

Built in 1868 the property was completely renovated in 2013 and now boasts 3 luxurious bedrooms, a massive 60ft by 40ft living room (complete with fully working bowling alley), a huge dining table for 14 guests and a secret cinema room. It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. A private annex, with its own little kitchen and bathroom adjoined by a large double bedroom that I have added to the listing. There is a garden outside for sunnier days..I provide teas, coffee, and some light breakfast things such as fruit and toast.
