Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

This spacious flat is directly on St Leonards seafront, close to the new pier, Warrior Square, Hastings, the Hastings Contemporary gallery etc, many restaurants, the beach, and all sorts of other activities. It has amazing views from its roomy balcony, high ceilings and a great location. It's laid out in boho-chic style, bare floorboards, rugs, open plan, etc. It's a very comfortable space and place to relax in. A wonderful antidote to city life...a few minutes here and you're relaxed.

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. The apartment is located directly on the beautiful St Leonards seafront and occupies the entire basement of a historic Grade II listed house. It was built by James Burton, the architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained.
